No safety precautions whatsoever. It's a pandemic y'all and I only went to the mall because my phone stopped working and I needed the apple store. Masks are optional for the mall, and the little carts in the middle have the option to wear masks. There's a nasty hair shop named Soleil right at the top of the main escalator and the people working there don't wear masks. They don't even have one around to pretend like there's a virus going around killing people. So not only will you smell them burning hair, but you'll also get a nice dose of rona. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I've been coming here since I was a kid. For a while it was run down and stuff but then Mr. Perimeter Mall owner stepped it up and gave this place a good bucket of paint. It gets busier and more bustling by the year and now it's a headache to park unless you go early in the mornings. Still I like this mall. There seems to be less teenagy hangouts here than say at Lenox mall. It doesn't have your heavy hitter like Lenox but it's got good enough hitters that it can still put a ding in your wallet. So I've been to several malls here in Georgia and so far I have to say perimeter and town center may be two of the cleanest malls. The floor plan for the perimeter mall is very open and spacious,giving all stores enough room for their customers to shop around comfortably. I like to checkout the food court as well when I go shopping just to see the different selections. I was surprised to see Dairy Queen. I have never seen one in a mall before. Perimeter has well know stores but I did notice a lot of pop up shops and boutiques. I'm not too fond of the stores they have for clothing shopping so this would not be a mall I would visit regularly. However, it's a nice mall to go to Magianos and Cheesecake Factory. read more

This by far is my fav mall in ATL. It at least has all of the stores & restaurants I enjoy without that Lenox crowd. It has the much needed Apple store, Shake Shack (who can live without them), maggiano's tasty Italian restaurant, my fav shoe store Johnson & Murphy, etc. plus over the last year or two they've upgraded the interior of the mall. I really like this mall. You will find high end stores here along with your basic stores as well and even stores I have never heard of that seem very boutique. The mall is 2 stories and the layout and look of it is classy with great seating areas to charge your phone. This seems to be a popular mall so expect it to be busy. You will also find great restaurant chains around the mall as well. read more

Never go here. An employee cussed me out, said "you shoulda went to a f****** bakery" and that was not all. They misspelled my sons name on his birthday cake on the day of his party I requested a new cake. They scraped off the letters and wrote over top of it. The sides were also smashed up against the box like it had been thrown around. I informed the manager and the corporate people about what happened. They did not care. Next week walking through the mall I saw the same employee who cussed me out still working. I was very nice to the employee. I never cussed her back or anything at all. I said I hope your day gets better. I doubt it did, she had a horrible attitude. It was sad because I love this place. Haven't been back since. I used to buy these cakes for every bday every year for family members and my own bday. read more

I should preface this review with one important fact: I hate shopping (unless it is food shopping). I pretty much hate going to malls (always) and avoid them at all costs. However, there are times when I have to go to find something I need or to visit a particular store that does not have a free-standing location. Perimeter Mall is one of my favorites for when I have to visit a mall. Parking is typically easy. You can get in and get out. And it is pretty easy to find what you are looking for. It appears that the mall is making an effort to remain appealing and attractive by providing various seating options and interesting kiosks - like the Macaron Queen and the Surface kiosk. There is a decent selection of shops with a variety of price points. The mall is not outrageously large, but still provides great selection. Some of my favorites are Anthropologie, the MAC Store, the Apple Store, and Sur La Table. This will continue to be my mall of choice for those times when a nasty shopping task cannot be avoided. read more

Good Size mall, with wide spaces. The set up is not too logical, and the way finding maps are not easily findable. It was pretty empty, but maybe because it was a Monday night. The stores are pretty spread out too. We were dropped off, so I don't know how parking is. BAD SANTA The reason I am giving them a 1 star is because the Santa at perimeter mall is absolutely horrible! Sunday night me and my family went to get our annual Christmas photos with Santa. When it was our turn, I handed Santa my six month old son for him to hold on his lap. As I sit him on his lap and the other children gathered around he said hurry up and take the pictures and then he didn't grab or support my son and he dropped him on his head! My son was screaming crying as he plopped on the floor and had a red bump on his head. Then when I got upset the Santa got in my face and got an attitude with me! The staff nor Santa ever apologized for dropping my baby! I was applauded. DO NOT take you kids here. He is the worst Santa and he should be fired! read more

Perimeter has a lot going for it. When I first came in 2015, I wasn't all that impressed with the interior and found it kinda dull. Well flash-forward 3 years and me return back to check it out. DAMN... this place spruced itself up lol. Love the anchor restaurants like Maggianos, CowFish and Shake Shack. They have one of the longest entrances to an Apple Store that I've ever seen FAM. The Mediterranean spot in the food court is poppin! I got a variety of shopping in while here, and enjoyed the vibe and overall experience. Legendary mall, amazing stores, great location! My mommy took me for a 'girl's day out' shopping expedition--worth it!!! We went everywhere this mall had to offer, which is A LOT! We went to Mac, a stand alone store, rather than in a department store. It was really nice. Super selection. I got my usual clear lip gloss and some face powder. I love Mac products for their concern for humanity, pro-recylcling and simple beauty. Next, we visited J Crew, Banana Republic and Gap. All of which are hits with both my mommy and myself. We grabbed a few items and then continued with our day. We ended up in Nordstrom to buy shoes. So many shoes to choose from. I picked out a few pair...I just couldn't decide! A beautiful pair of boots produced by Born, a wonderful pair of Coach loafers and a legendary pair of Burberry flats. I love my mom! There is so much to do and see and buy and eat at Perimeter Mall. I wish this mall could be transplanted in the Bay Area, not that we don't have great shopping, but this place is really wonderful. Still catching up on my Thanksgiving reviews....thank you for being patient. This was before that awful foot surgery...I am just happy I could visit my fam and teach them about yelp. Perimeter mall is a bit pricey but has everything a girl needs and wants. The best food court of most malls in the Atlanta area, by far. They have high end stores and plenty of restaurants in the area. Across the street is a Best Buy, which is in a great shopping plaza as well. Have fun and bring your black card! read more

After living in the Dunwoody area for the past few years, Perimeter Mall has become my go-to mall for every need. From shopping for work attire or a Sunday dress to the basic tees or tennis shoes, there's something to fulfill my every need. There have been more and more renovations over the past few years, and it's looking more and more like Lenox. There are several of the more higher profile shops, more mid-price range, and then there's the more affordable stores. I enjoy shopping at H&M, Urban Outfitters or Forever 21 when I'm looking for a cheap new outfit for a night on the town. J Crew, Madewell, and Banana Republic are great places to find something for work or for something more hip. There's a Starbucks - but there's constantly a line. There doesn't seem to be a problem when it comes to placing your order, but it's out of control getting your drink. I hope they figure out where the bottleneck lies someday... The food court underwent some renovating and is definitely a much more comfortable dining experience than before. Many new restaurants popped up like Panera, although my go-to's are still Chipotle (as badly reviewed on Yelp as it is) and Chick Fila. The lot in the front is almost impossible to find parking at, so try out the nearly empty parking decks or back lot, where you can walk into Von Maur or Nordstrom. Overall, it's the mall I'm most comfortable with. Take a chance on Perimeter Mall instead of the chaos that is Lenox Mall on the weekends. read more

Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Macys and Dillards are the anchor stores They recently added a Urban Outfitters Godiva Chocolates, Coach, Michael Kors and Swarvoski stores They offer valet on the Ashford Dunwoody side of the mall, and have a Maggioanos and Cheesecake Factory here also. Bebe, Sephora, Guess, and True Religion are also here. Avg food court, but they do have Ms Annies pretzles, Dairy Queen and Farmers basket. If the Mac counter is too busy in Nordstroms, there is an even busier Mac store right next to Lacoste in this mall also One of the last few remaining HALLMARK stores in the metropolitan area. Its a shame that you have to travel this far to find greeting cards. Makes me wonder how Papyrus can stay in business, they dont even have a 99 cents card selection Clarks, Bakers, Aldo and Nine West shoe stores. This mall is a decent sized 2-floor mall with all the normal Department stores plus much more. It has a Macys, Nordstrom, and Dillard's along with the typical smaller mall-type stores like Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie & Fitch, Apple, Godiva, etc. The only thing I don't like about it, it that they only have one athletic shoe store. ONLY ONE? That's not good for sports fans or athletes but I'm sure that will change eventually within time. They do have a new and improved Food Court which is awfully impressive! There are lots of different kinds of food to choose from and lots of seats available in the area. There are also a number of superb restaurants in the mall, for example, The Cheesecake Factory, Goldfish, Maggianos, etc. There is always plenty of parking available, for FREE, which is nice! The mall is surprisingly clean and bright. It's also in a great location right off the highway and a real pleasure to visit! Definitely check it out! read more

Nice mall - sorta reminds me of the La Cantera mall here in S.A. in terms of the level of stores and anchors available (like Coach and Nordstrom). As a matter of fact, I did my research and they are both part of General Growth Properties... interesting. Anyhow, my only complaint was this one chick who was working at one of the kiosks for hair straighteners and noticed my babygirl's hair was chemically straightened. She kept calling and calling for us like there was no tomorrow. I politely told her no the first time. And again, a second time. And again. And finally I was about 20 feet or so away from her and yelled "HELL NO". She just smiled even after that. She must've been on something... Other than that, nice place though. =) read more

I've only been here once yrs ago while on vacation (so I don't believe Yelp was around to make a review). This is a pretty nice mall. It has a Bloomingdale's, Dillard's, Macy's, Nordstrom and 200 stores. I don't have a Dillard's in my area, so it was nice to see a different dept store. I'm sure they've added more stores since I've been there, but back when I went, there were pretty much stores you see at most malls. The food court is really nice w/ different eateries than what I'm used to seeing. This was the 1st time I ever heard of Chick Fil-A. At the time, they didn't have any in California. I liked their food then & I like it now that they've built locations in my state! If I'm in Atlanta again, I'll probably return. read more

Finally took the trek to this mall after 4 years of living here. Wow! This place is fantastic. My teen and I ventured out on a Saturday looking for a dress for the 8th grade formal. Each store we went to had very helpful sales people. I purchased some makeup at Nordys.that I really didn't want to....but Barbara was so damn convincing at the Laura Merceir counter, I HAD to buy 100.00 worth of makeup!!! She was THAT GOOD. Shout out to Barbara with the purple hair! She knows her stuff. Teen found her dress and we stopped for lunch in the court. Great people watching as well. Goodbye Northpoint. I was a bit taken aback by the somewhat small size of this mall. It has many of the shops one looks for and a centrally located (not to mention jam packed) food court which actually makes it difficult for those on the first floor to pass through from one side to the other. Avoiding the food court means using the second floor for quick access from one side of the mall to the other. Perimeter didn't wreak of the black friday nightmares and lack of parking one expects to find at a mall - this is a plus. It might be smart for one to wear their sunglasses on the second floor as the midday sun shines right through the skylights. read more

**Nordstrom review - 5 stars for Robert Tolley** Have you ever wished that you could work with a sales associate that makes you feel like family as opposed to just a client? Robert Tolley (who works in the Beauty department) is THAT person. When I was first trying to look for a product to help tackle my melasma and hyper-pigmentation, he was extremely knowledgeable in directing me to Dr. Gross and his line of skincare. I had already done my research, but admired the confidence he had in this product. Since then, not only have have friends and family noticed a difference in my skin, they have started using the product as well. Robert had also been really great in assisting me with purchases and returns - even during the incredibly busy Anniversary Sale. He has even tracked down beauty and clothing items for me when I was out of the country and/or found them to be sold out onsite! He really provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. Next time you head for Nordstrom in Perimeter, ask for Robert! You will be glad you did :-) read more

The store selection is kinda bland to me but it's still nice to just go around and browse. the food is court is always backed no matter what and it's kinda hard to find the bathroom cause you can't really see the sign. There is this wonderful lady who sells hair products on the side of outsides of the food court. This mall is huge and has a lot to offer. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 is because I haven't actually gotten to explore it all or shopped here. Was more so in and out and a bit overwhelmed. It seems like a really great mall with an array of shopping choices as well as restaurants to choose from. I also hear that it's better than Lenox. I am not able to make that comparison quite yet, but I do like the convenience of Perimeter vs Lenox. read more

I like Perimeter Mall because it's generally not as crowded during the weekdays, you can shop in relatively peace without all the mall walkers and teenagers. Now during the holiday season, it's an entirely different story, it gets packed and Ashford Dunwoody can fill like grid lock. Filled with department stores, specialty boutiques, designer-exclusive shops and more, you have a decent selection of stores to get your shopping fix in. They don't have a lot of high end stores, but they do have one of my favorites in Brooks Brothers. They have a pretty decent food court and they have several chain restaurants attached like Maggiano's, Cheesecake Factory and Season's 52 is in the parking lot. Overall it's a pretty solid shopping experience. read more

Perimeter Mall is my favorite mall in Atlanta. Granted, it's one of only two malls that I've been to in Atlanta (I'm from St. Louis). I came to Perimeter Mall this past Saturday morning while in town and it was just as nice as I remembered. It has a good supply of anchor stores with Nordstrom, Von Maur, Dillards, and Macy's, and a good variety of national and (I'm guessing) nice local boutiques. There's lots of parking although it seems like the parking garage is far away from the mall itself, well from certain mall and department store entrances. Nevertheless, this mall is a very nice mall. In a time when many malls are becoming extinct, Perimeter Mall is thriving. read more

How To Get There: Probably the easiest way to get there is off Ashford Dunwoody on I-285. Unfortunately, it's also the most congested way, though it's still nowhere near the cluster around Lenox! PRO TIP: Go on the "back" end, from Perimeter Center Parkway NE, by the Dunwood MARTA station, and park outside of Nordstrom or Von Maur. I've found that parking seems to be least packed there. There's also a large parking deck that connects into Macy's and Nordstrom if you want to avoid the weather. Ambiance: They renovated in 2016, so it actually looks really clean and polished now. The floors, the paint, even the plentiful furniture if you want to take a break. There's a lot natural light from the roof. I also have to commend the bathrooms in the food court, for being clean and having higher end fixtures. The crowds aren't that bad either, even on Saturdays. Everyone seems mostly chill. Not too many teenagers or loiterers. I need to double check if there's a free mall-wide WiFi network, but so far I've only connected to certain stores like Dillard's or Starbucks. It's tolerable at best. Stores: With only 4 big anchors-- Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillards, and Von Maur-- I would say the focus is on a lot of mid-range brands (as opposed to Lenox having the high end stores). Some of my favorites are present: Express, Banana, Gap, Urban Outfitters, H&M, J Crew, Zara, Skechers, and Aldo. They have some specialty stores worth checking out like the Disney store and Box Lunch, a geeky store which is like a fancier Hot Topic. My boo is also happy that they have Madwell, Anthropologie, Lush, Sephora, AND Mac. Pretty good variety to keep you busy for a few hours at the least. PRO TIP: If you shop at Express, PLEASE sign up for their e-mails a few weeks ahead of time. They give you coupons that take at least $15 off $30 or something like $75 off $200. I will never ever pay full price there again! Food: There's a food court in the center of the lower level with the usual fast food offerings. The best thing you can eat there is probably Shake Shack, which is outside by Maggiano's and Urban Outfitters. Apparently there's also a hidden gem on the second level of Dillard's, called Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar. Haven't tried it yet, but it seems to have decent reviews. Closing Thoughts: As far as malls go, this is one of the nicer ones in town. I come here more than I do to Cumberland, Lenox, and Town Center at Cobb. read more
