Everyone there is pleasant, welcoming, kind, and seem to genuinely enjoy being there. It's hard to calm dental anxiety, but the level of care and peacefulness the office brings is refreshing and so welcome. I walked out of my cleaning today and said "I am so glad I switched to this office!" Highly recommend if you are in need of a new place. The ONLY thing that can be tough is that parking can be tricky if you have a larger vehicle. That said there are many nearby lots within a short walking distance if the office lot is full.

We've always found it to be a warm and inviting environment, with caring staff. Shortly after COVID hit, my daughter started complaining of a toothache. I called and left a message with the answering service. Dr. Waldow immediately called. My mom isn't great at phone/internet stuff, but after the conversation I felt obligated to leave a review. 1) My little sister has an extreme fear of doctors. She had a severe medical issue when she was 2 which left her having anxiety attacks about going to any doctor ever since. 2) My little sister has a slightly deviated septum which makes breathing through her nose EXTREMELY difficult. My mom thought since Dr. Waldow claimed to be a a doctor who specialized in children with fears similar to my little sister's, that he would be a great choice...sad to say that didn't work out as expected. Not only did my mom not feel comfortable to leave the room, Dr. Waldow didn't seem to understand that my little sister couldn't breath through her nose. Even though my mom repeated herself over and over again, he continued to use methods that inhibited breathing through her mouth, making my little sister feel as if she was being suffocated and increasing her fear of doctors(rightfully so!) To top it all, they tried giving her anesthesia, but because she couldn't breathe through her nose, it wasn't effective! Dr. Waldow, please listen to parents, they might know more about their child than you do. And for the sake of your current clients, maybe practice some compassion and understanding.

I used to see Dr. O'Keefe back in the…read more90's before my job sent me to Buffalo so since I moved back I had to come back to his office for my much needed cleaning! His office has a nice relaxing waiting room and his staff is very welcoming and friendly. Sue did my X-rays and cleaning. She's great. Chatted with me which I like because it distracts me! Dr. O'Keefe stopped in and was his usual self! Talked hockey and jokes were made. I did miss his humor and gentle touch dealing with my tooth that's needing some work. There may be some pain but he will do his best to minimize it. I recommend Dr. O'Keefe for your dental needs. My family agrees and sees him also.
