She's friendly and conversative and a true professional in what she does, making sure I'm comfortable for my cleaning and she knows how to carry on a conversation, even with dental instruments in my mouth. I know I tend to hype Dr. Cummins and her staff up, but a) I'm one of those people that loves going to the dentist and 2) Of all the dentists I've ever been to, her practice has always made me feel welcome and comfortable. Sara touched me for 1/2 hour out of the 2 1/2 total. People worked on I didn't know their credentials yet alone their name. They spilled cement between my teeth, which took forever to get out. here for 20 years and I've never been so disappointed. Plus in addition to the the office provides, the filling replacement $600. Every other experience has been perfect. This was a disaster!

I trust him implicitly which is good because I've had a lot of work done (like six major surgeries in the past decade). He's compassionate, funny, honest, and a great dentist. He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

Everyone needs more money but not giving proper attention to patient is not acceptable. Well recently I had the service done by her, I have crowned my teeth my front teeth have a bridge that came off I got appointment with her to get fixed she hardly works 5 minutes on me , didn't clean the bridge or my teeth and just glue it back and charged $440 for less than five minutes service. Apparently that was a mistake she had done and after a month that bridge came off again I came to get it checked then she said because of some gaps in between the bridge and natural tooth some bacterial infection happened so my tooth had been broken and have a big cavity underneath. She told her assistant to put that bridge back and give me estimate for the repair of $5000 as soon but since she has vacation and none working days so they gave me 3 weeks later appointment. The bridge when assistant put it back it was not even sitting on my teeth because of broken piece in then assistant told the Dr about it but didn't even give a second look and tried to fix properly with temporary bond she told me might be it will come off in a day but something from over the counter I can buy and use in the meantime and Waite for my appointment in 3 weeks. The next day it came off as she knew that it would be well I called the office if she can accommodate me in because it is emergency and can't wait for that long since I have been her patient since last 15 plus years and spent a lot of money every year including my whole family but Katelin replied back so rudely and said that she can't accommodate at all regardless. The worst worsted experience I had from her and by her staff. It was very frustrating and very unprofessional by her. I will never going back to her and neither my family. I just went today to Ideal and it was amazing. 1) You first meet with the lovely secretary Lori who is patient and kind 2) Then the dental assistant walked me back to a room to get a health history and general concerns of mine 3) Dr Hahn came in, talked to me, filling me in on a whole lot of questions that had been dodged in the past year I felt - talked about setting up a game plan and setting up a defirrent briefing post x ram review 4) The dental hygienist, Carolyn, was really good, again strong on patient education, thorough, asking if I had any questions and just leaving communication open. She really gave me input on the things I can do at home to give me a feel of things I may be doing wrong which is so helpful. The ambiance was great and there is not mystery nor dread - I can't tell you as a dentalphobe how relieving of a place is was to walk in. They are stuck with me now.

I was able to easily get an appointment when I called. And then I was called back without much wait on the day of my visit. Dr. Moldoveanu was quick and efficient when cleaning my teeth and gave me great recommendations on some new mouthwash to try. I also enjoyed talking to him about his kids and my own during the visit. I was in and out in less than an hour with a clean smile, new toothbrush and appointment for my next cleaning.

This location is immaculate and has state of the art equipment. They follow up after your procedures and truly care. My 8 year old who I would have suspected was going to freak out about a procedure felt completely at ease with Dr Sharma talking her through what was going on without sugar coating anything.
