Both times I walked in, there was no one at the register. I had planned to place a mobile order anyway, but since the store wasn't busy, I figured that I'd order in person. Eventually, a barista came over, but she made it seem like helping me was the hardest part of her day. I asked for the s'mores frappuccino blended beverage, and she quickly told me that I couldn't order it because it was only available to Reserve members. That didn't sound right because I had read Starbucks' email. The promotion clearly stated that Starbucks reward members received early access one day earlier, but only through the app (I initially missed that part). That's completely different. If she had simply said, "you'll need to order it through the app", no problem. But don't give customers incorrect information. So, I stepped aside, sat at a table, ordered it on the app, and waited. And waited. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink even though the store wasn't busy. One barista was making drinks and pulling mobile orders while the other baristas seemed much more invested in their conversation than helping move orders along. To top it off, it felt like the same barista wasn't too thrilled that I was taking pictures of the store. Good thing I was selective with the pictures because not every area was camera ready. There were crumbs left on unoccupied tables, some tables were still wet from previous customers' drinks, and there was a bit of a mess on the floor. Nothing major, but enough to make the store look neglected. This location has now gone from 0 for 2 with me... smh.
