Very soon after being told that they called us and told us the truck had been broke into and we needed to come pick it up. They told us it was our responsibility to fix the windows, ignition etc that was busted up but after asking them for video footage they decided to change their mind and said they would fix the window. We scheduled a tow truck to pick up the truck after the window people finished, when the truck arrived to our house we were surprised to find every piece they had taken off of the motor inside the truck just thrown in there. Several mechanics have told us they should have never done that and atleast put it back together. Putting the truck back together there were several missing parts that we had to pay for, and the "New" harness we paid for(through Lems) had several missing plugs. So in the end we paid a pretty penny to get NO answers, A truck that was broke into, and an engine with several missing parts and half the engine left in the cabin of the truck!! I showed up to see it and met a very nice salesman who offered to help me. Should've been a slam dunk for the salesman and the dealership. I go to see the truck and it is NOT as nice as the photos. It had a check engine light, scratched up front bumper, hail damage on the hood, the windshield camera was falling off, and the interior floor board had holes and stains on it. The truck was 10 years old but had no business being on the lot in that condition. Nonetheless I was still interested thinking they would make a deal on the truck plus work with me on my trade in. I tell the salesman what I wanted for my trade in and what I wanted to pay for the new truck. I also told him I had pre-approved financing. Very cut and dry and nothing out of the ordinary. Should be easy peasy. I come back that day with my trade in. They give me a number that is $3000 less than what I had told the salesman and won't budge on price with the new truck. My whole point is I had given them a number that would've gotten them a deal and a sale. I had done my research and had given them numbers below KBB and other online sources. But as always we are told those "don't count" and aren't what "they" use. I made it very clear when I originally left what the deal was to be and they let me leave and come back knowing they had zero intention of honoring that deal. They even wanted to run my credit again knowing I had told them I had a pre-approval letter for financing. When I got up because I was not agreeing of their "deal" and told them I was leaving, not one person offered to discuss the deal further. Not the kind of experience I would recommend from a dealership as "large" as Corwin.

They had one employee there and had one truck along with my car, they took my car in right away and placed it on the rack and started to drain the oil. After awhile I seen they took the car down and the guy told me it was almost done. Approx 15 min later I seen the car going back up on the lift and ask the guy why? Was there a problem? He said no, he just has to change the oil filter. I said I thought that was done and he said so did I. I said well, I been here now for over a hour and he looked at the paper work to see when I got there and said I apologize, it should have only took 30 min. He said what I will do for you is take 10% off of the labor which came to a little over $1.50 (Wow) I will never be back to that business.

I'm sure they do larger engine work too, but it's a very small shop and I'm sure they like getting cars in and out quick for maximum profits. It seem some services are pricy while others dirt cheap. They actually saved me a chunk of money by repairing a stat component that would have added hundreds to the bill if replaced (BMW, geesh), and keep in mind I didn't even ask them to take care of it. Honesty and integrity is getting harder to find in shops these days. If I can't do it, I take it to them. People who are truly passionate about their work go the extra step, sometimes without being asked, and they're that kind of people.
