This business isn't struggling from lack of business. It's struggling from lack of initiative. Everytime I do walk in they're always sold out and not making more for the day. Not only did they not get made they simply never called me back. Poor customer service isn't exactly the best way to start a new business. When I picked out the chocolate brownie I asked what kind it was and the person that helped me didn't know. I decided to get it not knowing what kind it was. It was good. I felt like the brownies should have been bigger for the price. The cut out cookies were 1.50 a piece but I wasn't willing to pay that for one cut out cookie. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere. The cookies were decorated nicely. The prices were not marked within the viewing area of the goodies unless I missed it. I have never had my baked goodies packed in waxed paper baggies before. Most of my frosting was left on the baggie instead of the brownie. Not sure of the purpose of a waxed paper baggie.
