After me and my girlfriends went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse we wanted to get some frozen yogurt, to cleanse our palates and head back to the air bnb. We got there and the place smelt really nice. Very clean. The girls all got vannilla but me and shelly got a swirl. I was shocked when they handed me my cup back. A couple years ago a swirl was vannilla and chocolate already mixed together, well this time it was vannilla on one side and chocolate on the other. I had to mix it myself. The girls and i enjoyed our yogurts. I am gonna have to tell the grandbabies momma about this spot. But she probably won't ever take them because she is pathetic and won't let them have a good time. Wow, this is great. I love this ice cream shop. I got raspberry tart with strawberries and coconut on it, What an excellent combination. The person who waited on me was friendly and should be promoted to manager with a raise. She knew her customer service well. There is a walkway in front of the store that you can ride a bike, jog or take a leisurely stroll down for miles. While you are on it, and you get hot or thirsty, you can stop here for a break. They do have drinks in here. The cokes they have are bottled cokes like they once used all the time during the 80's and before. read more

After trying to get Chocolate ice cream at DQ up the street, where apparently their machine isn't working again, I searched for ice cream and Perkits popped up. Clean and bright. You'll get all of the points as long as you ring in first. I just slurped up a combination of Coconut and German Chocolate swirled together in a fresh waffle cone. It was AH-MAZE-ING! I was a little surprised at the price too. With a bargain like that I could have added a couple of their toppings. The second best feature at Perkits is the location. My posse loves to pick up a Perkits and stroll along the City of Cleveland walking path to the park. It's a perfect way to spend an hour or two. I like Perkits. Right of the Greenway, where everyone walks, can be a definite bonus. They have fresh fruit and candies for topping or mixing in your yogurt. This was my first and my last experience with this place. The only positive part was the people I was with. We walked in ten minutes before 9pm (on Yelp it says they close at 10pm) and were quickly made to feel unwelcome by being told there were only 2 flavors left. We decided to make due because we heard such good things about Perkits. One of the employees let us know they would be closing soon but in the meantime we could sit and eat. Without warning, the other employee, turned the lights off and announced they were closed. My group, along with the other group of people also eating were immediately told to leave. Not only was she pushy but it was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. I have never experienced such unkind customer service, especially in a locally owned business. To make matters worse as we began to pull out, the same employee opened the door and let other customers come inside. Obviously frustrated with the situation we said we were upset, from the door she yelled at us while we pulled away. Again, I won't be back here after such a horrible experience. read more
