We came here after walking the bridge. When I read the reviews I was concerned as it only had 4 stars. However we were here wife wanted ice cream so here we go. Walked in, nice cozy place. It's either vanilla or chocolate ice cream. But with that you add your toppings which get mixed into the ice cream. We went old school with cookie dough and macadamia nut ice cream. What was the magic was when they made it, they put the ice cream into a machine which then makes it a soft serve almost when it comes out. That was cool. I can't show the video as I was cursing in it lol. Anyway ice cream was delicious. A bit over priced at 9 dollars for a cone.

Overpriced. Overwhelming. Just give me a regular ice cream shop. Service is fine. Inside looks unkempt. Too many ice cream options. I don't want to have to build my own.

Me and the group of friends were in town for my birthday and decided to walk the Walnut Street Bridge. We did and took some great pictures and on my way back saw this cute little ice cream shop. It was really hot outside that day so ice cream sounded delicious. The way this ice cream shop works is you get to choose between chocolate or vanilla and it could be either ice cream or yogurt. You pick your toppings which is $.40 per topping. And you choose a cup or cone. They take the ingredients and they blend it all together and put it into your choice of cup or cone. They were really fast because by the time I took my card out to pay they were handing me my ice cream. I chose to do the vanilla ice cream with Reesie's cup and caramel. It was really really good. I would definitely recommend trying out this ice cream shop.

Expect a longgg wait standing in line to order, this place is BUSY! The workers only have 2 machines to work on for making ice cream, which greatly hinders the speed of service. While waiting, make sure to check out the beautiful artwork on the walls--which is for purchase. This place completes all expectations given, you will get an ice cream show, directions for choosing ice cream are clear, and there are over 70,000 combinations that can be made. While the ice cream is nothing special (you can get Mayfields at a grocery store), the special part is the machine that blends the ingredients into the ice cream. We went twice and tried different flavor combinations. My favorite was vanilla with brownie and black cherry. My boyfriends favorite was vanilla with peaches and mango. The flavors were delicious added in, instead of just being toppings. It hit the spot for a sweet treat!

Simply Delicious! Great Service, great flavor selection. The store is located on a courtyard at the end of the Walnut Bridge (walkable bridge), the inside is charming. The ice cream was really good. Great place to enjoy an ice cream.

Yum! I remembered Japanese ice cream! It was really tasty and very light! There are very very busy...

I'm still not sure exactly how my order was priced, so I'm deducting a star, but I thoroughly enjoyed my ice cream! Spotting a small sign on the counter mentioning their new Charcoal topping, I chose that, and added Walnuts & Irish Cream to my vanilla ice cream in a waffle cone. Their cone holders looked awesome, but even before halfway across the Walnut Street Bridge, my waffle cone was dripping terribly and I had to stop at a trash can to finish it. Luckily, I'd grabbed a bunch of napkins, because it was a mess at that point! The selection of toppings is amazing! They seem to have plenty of seating both indoors & outside, and the decor is cool. Also, Mom noticed a watering station for dogs by their outdoor tables. Hey, Gilligan, #RoadTrip?

This is a no frills ice cream shop. The rules were simple; choose a flavor, choose the cup or cone, choose the toppings. Then they'd mix it for you. I chose vanilla ice cream with cookie dough, Oreo and cake mix to be blended together atop a waffle cone cup. The ice cream was soft, which I loved. I definitely see why this place is highly reviewed. Even though they were busy, I didn't wait long for my food. This place knows good ice cream!

The location is the best! Right off the Walnut Street Bridge. Hunter museum of American Art is close by as well as the Bluff Furnace Historical park. Could definitely get your steps in before indulging in some ice cream! It's soft serve ice cream! You choose vanilla or chocolate ice cream or yogurt. Then you choose toppings that they mix into it. It was yummy! I prefer hard packed ice cream but this hit the spot!

Kind of mediocre. Ended up here because of its location. We were at the aquarium and it was nearby. High prices, grocery store quality.

Ask the Community - The Ice Cream Show

Do all the vegan flavor options contain soy?

I know they offer vegan but i am not sure if it's soy, sorry.

Do they also have dairy free ic cream?

Yes they do! They have soy-based frozen yogurt as an alternative. You just have to ask because they don't show that on the menu!

Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !

I absolutely adored this place…read more Drinks - I had the chance to try two different drinks on this visit. The first was an iced matcha with a little added blackberry. It was really smooth and a very nice quality. The second drink was an iced latte from their specialty menu that had been renamed for a special event I was attending. I loved the flavor of the coffee, so much so that I grabbed some of their beans to take home as well. Merch - There was a great selection of merch from the company and local artisans as well. The stickers and mucus has some really cool designs. Staff - the baristas were some of the nicest people. Not only were they slinging drinks and working the event, but they were just amazingly personable and kind to all of our group. Location - most importantly though was the stunning location. The furniture, decor, vibe and even the commitment to theme through the bathrooms was everything. Even the confessionals booth was just perfect. Overall it is definitely a visit, and I will be back.
