Good big sandwiches. I like to compare all sandwiches to subway as a base. "Was this better than subway? Americas least acceptable sandwich." Yes. Was it cheaper. No, but that's fine, it's of a higher quality and only a little more expensive. We had the turkey club and the Beef Philly. I don't know what a good Philly is. But this was pretty cheese tasting. Hot and good. The turkey was great. Took a little while since I had a hot sandwich but worth the wait. read more

I've heard the hype, and I'm here to tell you it's all true. The highly anticipated opening of a new sandwich shop in town proved to be worth the wait. Friendly staff, quick service and delicious food. I tried the Bacon Chicken Ranch, a hot sub with the ingredients mentioned plus provolone cheese, on a gluten free bun. Tasty, seasoned chicken with plenty of bacon and sauce. I was impressed with the bun, it was too good to be gluten free, and from a local bakery in Mount Vernon. Also tried a side of the cole slaw, very yummy. The shop is located in the back of Cedarhome Market, so their extra items are limited. You can add chips, but no drinks. You'll have to buy that separately in the store portion, along with lots of other goodies. There are a few parking spots that do fill up quickly, but they open up just as fast. read more

The short: Pastrami sandwich A+ Sauce on the pastrami sandwich has a little horseradish hit, super tasty Cheese and Sliced pickles on it, awesome Bread - Toasted nicely, and when wrapped to take to-go, it gets warmed even more by the hot pastrami inside, wonderful. Convenience - I will pay a premium for something made local and close by, these sandwich's are priced very appropriately for the value. read more

I'm really sorry but I'm not sure what the hype about this place is. The sandwiches are good but they aren't anything special for the hefty price tag. My husband and I both liked our sandwiches but agreed they were pretty skimpy for the $14 price tag. I originally asked for the DT Signature Sub but with regular mustard instead of honey mustard. I was instead told I could just get Turkey Club and add avocado. Turns out I was charged an extra $1 to add avocado. I would've rather just gone without mustard all together than be charged extra (assuming the DT would be $12.99 like the rest of the cold subs). My husband got the French Dip and while he said it was ok, it was seriously lacking in meat. I also wasn't expecting it to be on Franz roll when the menu states subs are served on a "fresh" roll. Service wasn't quick but it was lunch time so they were busy, that was understandable. The woman who took our order and man who gave us our food, who I'm assuming were the owners, were both very nice. The area to wait in is small and there are no tables so they're strictly to-go only. Found these guys at the Bite of Stanwood/Camano. Also found out they are just around the corner, so went to check out what else they served. We had the Cubano with the spicy pickles and the Bon Mi with pork belly. Both sandwiches were sooooo tasty! I think the Cubano weighed 3 lbs! The owners are so friendly and we are ecstatic to have such tasty sandwiches so close to home! We were driving to Mt. Vernon to get a semi decent Bon Mi. Not anymore! A much better sandwich is right around the corner. We are definitely going back for more! read more

Been there twice now. Both times online ordered and pickup. Have ordered the Rueben and the Korean BBQ Banh MI with potato salad and coleslaw. Both sandwiches are excellent! What a local legend! I have eaten here 3 times, all via TakeOut ordered online. I was in a huge rush each time, ordering last minute for friends, and I have never waited once at this counter. Staff are prepared, friendly, organized, and timely! Food was *bomb*.com. I've learned to always order their special, even as an extra, because it never disappoints! This is inside of Cedarhome Market, they do deserve a "bigger" location, but what a gem for everyone in our town. This place is great. read more

Hi! Just moved to standwood and was looking for good spots to eat and came across Sasquatch Subs . What a treat ! I ordered online for me and my husband and man these are some bomb sandwiches . Good flavor good bread I got the Philly and husband got the bacon chicken ranch .Definitely a must try friendly people friendly spot and good food can't lose !! My husband and I drove from Edmonds to Stanwood today to give this place a try and it did not disappoint!!! I would drive back up there anytime for the buffalo chicken and the bacon Swiss grilled cheese. They both were hot subs and they were so tasty. The con seats grilled cheese has jalapeños and blackberry jam. OMG SO GOOD!!! The customer service was so friendly and you can tell that he loves what he does! I have been a regular at Sasquatch subs since they opened. The food is absolutely delicious, wholesome, and screams of the passion and love the owners put into it. We have tried hot pastrami, buffalo chicken, Rueben, Philly cheesesteak, and their latest French Dip. While the buffalo chicken is my absolute all time favorite, the French dip is a close second. Also, pro tip: Adding pepperoncinis to any sub uplifts the flavors so much! I also love the ease of ordering online, where the clover page is easy to navigate and works well without the app as well. It connects seamlessly to Apple Pay for online payments. Definitely a must have for all those in the Stanwood/camano/mt. Vernon area. read more

Great sandwiches from a local mom and pop who clearly love what they do! We ordered the pulled pork, chicken bacon ranch and Texas toast grilled cheese for our kiddo and they all tasted really fresh and were packed with flavour. You can customize your sandwich with any of their ingredients too - we added jalapeños/pepperocinis to ours for a nice kick. Will definitely be adding this place to our takeout rotation! read more

their pricing makes no sense. $14 for a hot sub, 1 dollar more than deli style, why? I got a hot sub and it doesn't come with any veggies, I asked to add lettuce and was charged why? I would have been better off asking for a deli style sub to be heated up. all Costco ingredients. the sub probably costs less than 2 dollars to produce. I spent $20 bucks for a single sandwich and wondered several times through out the day, why? I don't understand the pricing at all, the food is good, but why gouge people? I feel as though I could have gotten more value for my money from any number of other options. read more

Stopped to get something to eat and got a ham/cheese and turkey pesto croissant sandwiches. $5.10…read moreeach. Turkey sandwich didn't have a lot of pesto. Also got a raspberry vanilla scone, lemon raspberry croissant, and bread pudding. Haven't tried them yet but they look tasty. Staff were friendly.
