But to our surprise, we gotta call an hour early to personally. Let us know that my photos were ready when I got there. I told her how at Michael's they wanted to charge me if the size wasn't right but she said it will be perfect. Patients can request, any equivalent brand or generic they'd like unless otherwise specified by the provider. The pharmacist is Rodger, he was actually very helpful with everything by the end of the call. In fact, he was able to fill the scripts same day. Not sure what's wrong with the tech. Even my Dr. expressed challenges when needing to speak with the pharmacy. It's mainly just one rude tech and everyone is having the worst day ever lol. It's not my 3 or 4th negative experience.
