Some are were darker some lighter , but it came time to putting on the toner I saw this yellow warm brass color , but I still didn't question it I thought it's wet it will change once is dry to my surprise she was busy with other client and she dry one little part and it turn Brite Yellow and she send me on my way she did offer to put me under the dryer I said no thx I have to go I was ready to cry I needed to leave , I go to pay and I never ever mind paying for something I want and I get results but I couldn't belive that I pay over 400$ and that's what I got I called back and hang up the phone I didn't want to get anyone introuble but I was really upset I called off work and then I called the salon again to try to set appointment for a toner but I lie and said I will call back finally ,few mins later the manager called me and said are you okay they told me you called twice is everything okay I said no finally spoke up she was super understanding right away she set me up with an appointment for the next day at no charge with a hair cut included to correct my look I was super touch that they notice I called I didn't say much but they notice something was wrong I was super impressed they care so April 2 I went for my appointment I notice some of the girls that they were there my first day looked at me very strange they couldn't help but to roll there eyes but my stylist CELINA got to work on me we agreed on a color she cut my hair she made it so worth it the ugly looks I was getting from the few stylist there and here's is my results absolutely happy and very great full with the receptionist 1st and Lisa manager for return call and Celina who corrected a mess . She suggested laser surgery, I don't think so, I would strongly suggest you go to someone else. Vicki states that she stands behind her work and she's does not run from the jobs that she does. She may be good at lashes, after the second day they were so dry and brittle I could not wait for them to come out. Her other clients may be pleased but I was not. As far as my brows, they look like Frankenbrows. They pretty much look like they were drawn on with a sharpie. She text me a couple of days ago to send her more clients, I told her I could not do that because of the result of my brows. When I sent her a picture she accused me of having facial treatments as in Botox, not the case. And then she said there was no way possible that I left her shop with these brows. The Brows in the pictures on her Facebook page are photoshopped and I promise they did not turn out well. The color is turning into an ugly charcoal gray and the shape is not flattering. Please do your research before you see anyone for permanent facial tattooing. Once these fade I will be going to a qualified makeup artist. This is my situation but I hope I can help somebody out and nobody else has this dilemma that I am dealing with. Do your homework ladies!

I called to make an appointment to have my brows waxed and tint. I asked what for if payment they…read moreaccepted and was told credit card, debit card and cash. When I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me. I waited and then a third customer from out of nowhere sat down to have her browns done. I protested but was told she was seated in the other side of the salon. I let that go. Then 2 other people jumped the line. When it was finally my turn, I explained to the woman that I wanted a medium tint. She said "OK." she removed hair initially with tape. Then, she applied the wax. There had to be a few stubborn hairs which she began to remove with a blade. I told her I didn't want that type of removal; please reapply the wax. She complied. When it came to the tint, while I had requested a medium shade of dye, she applied a very dark shade and totally exaggerated my brows. I expressed my displeasure. When it was time to check out, I was told they ONLY ACCEPTED CASH for those services. I had none and was forced to use a use an out-of-network ATM for an extra service fe fee. I will not be going back to this salon.
