Where do I start...bought a Groupon that was poorly written because what I thought I was paying for…read morewas for permanent eyeliner for my EYES which included the top lid and bottom lid. Erica argued that it was only top OR bottom which it doesn't state that in the Groupon but if you get your eyebrows done it's both and so is the lips top and bottom. Or as you will see in the picture that I could have gotten all 3 for a cheaper price then what she was charging me but who wants to argue with someone who will be tattooing your eyes so I conceded and made the appointment. Went to the place the day of the appointment and after waiting and hour for Erica to show I texted her to refund my Groupon which she already marked as used before I even went there and I left the place and arrived home and she called to apologize and said she had an emergency and could meet me there in a hour. I was pissed and I should have ran the opposite direction as fast as possible because I get there and she was working on another person's hair... real emergency.... But thought ok I'm here let's just let it go and so after 20 mins of numbing cream she started on the top lid but I felt like I was doing all the work holding my numbed eye open so she could tattoo and she kept wiping the numbing cream off and that was a nightmare. But I wanted it to look even so I paid her $100.00 for the bottom lid and by then the numbing cream wore off. But even worse by day two after the color for both top and bottom wore off. COVID 19 hit right at the time for the follow up appointment which was supposed to be covered with the price of the bottom lid and her being late for the original appointment. She finally called back after several calls to her she called me and said it would be $100.00 for the touch up...and I told her I will find someplace else. Erica was nice at the appointment but horrible with communication. Good Luck to her and any customers who do use her services..
