I have a touch of vitiligo on the inner corner of my eyebrow. It's not too large but it is large enough to be noticeable against my tan skin. It even turned the hairs on a portion of my right eyebrow white. I came to Francesca because I needed someone to help me correct my previous brow tattoos that were slightly asymmetrical, and were fading into a grayish hue. Comparing the experience I received from Francesca to my previous experience was definitely day and night. Francesca is very patient, detail-oriented, and very knowledgeable. Francesca is fantastic! She did my brows in November 2020, and I love them! After all the overplucking from the 90's and 2000's, my eyebrows were pretty sparse but I'd heard horror stories about scarily dark or extremely painful experiences from friends. I did my research and found Francesca. She is very upfront and gives extremely detailed information about the procedure, recovery, and expected results. She is also very focused on producing results that look natural and procedures that are healthier/less hard on your skin. She is SO knowledgeable, I immediately felt reassured about the procedure (she recommended powder brows), and I'm so glad that I did it! I was nervous about having this done during the time of Covid, but her policies made the experience so safe and I felt extremely comfortable going to see her. The procedure itself was pretty painless - it felt similar to eyebrow threading initially, then I felt nothing. We made some little adjustments for the follow-up appointment and since then it's been so nice not to have to worry about filling them in every day. The healing pretty much went exactly as Francesca told me it would go. The aftercare instructions were detailed and easy to follow. I will definitely be back for my touch up in January and am seriously considering some of the other procedures she offers. read more

They were the wrong color, two completely different shapes and just downright ugly!! I was scared to have anyone touch them again so I cut my hair to have bangs and hid them from the world. Friends had told me the process was going to be painful. I know everyone is different, but I didn't find it to be painful. More like a tickling prick. Strange sensation but not major pain. I got my eyebrows done on the 31st of March. I was super nervous and had been thinking about doing this for a while. After tons of research, I decided to go with Francesca and I'm SO glad I did. Since I have oily skin, I may have to come in for touch ups earlier than others or I can just fill them in myself. She said if I was not ok with that, then I shouldnt do it.
