When the treatment was ineffective, my daughter was made to feel as though it was her fault, which is completely unacceptable--especially when working with a minor. There was no clear plan of care, no accountability for poor results, and the equipment used does not appear to be state-of-the-art. Rather than adjusting the approach, responsibility was shifted to the client. I would walk around with a full beard before I ever give this woman another penny of my money.

It was my first semi permanent experience. I was unsure, indecisive, totally didn't know what I wanted/needed. Luckily with Joy she was patient, artistic, listened. I did ombre that time. Life changing! No more bad eyebrows when you're in a rush. I couldn't be happier^^ As time goes by my pretty worry free eyebrows faded away.I chosed to do combination brows this time ( techniques combined with microblading and microshading. BEST of the two worlds! Hooray! ) My touch up appointment was scheduled for March ,right about the time covid-19 appeared. Joy notified me that her studio would be closed but extended the touch up deadline till situation permitted. I got my touched up done right after she reopened. Eyebrow threading is only $15 and she really took her time. My appointment was with dhaka she was amazing and super nice. Its a clean place inside phoenix salons and easy to find their suite is the first one on the left. Even though this spot is a 45 min drive from my house, i will definitely be coming back!

I'm not sure how they have good reviews because I left here with completely destroyed lashes. I went for a lash lift and I swear the girl who did them..it must have been her first day. She was fumbling around, didn't even secure my bottom lashes, and I left with burnt lashes. They were a mess going in different directions and looked like hair that was put under a flame and burned. It took me so long to get them healthy again, I tried every product to make them look even semi-normal. I was truly traumatized. The place did not look clean or professionally set up either. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or go back.

She was very meticulous and I love the results - it was exactly what I was hoping for. She was also very friendly and personable and easy to talk to, which made the procedure more bearable. Like one of the other reviews mentioned, it was almost like a therapy session :) She even fixed my eyebrows a bit (I had screwed it up because I was trying to reshape them LOL), and let me know I can return in 2 months for a free touch up for the eyeliner. Overall, I highly recommend Ping's and hopefully will try some of her other services in the future.
