Here is an example of it; after I wrote my review here is how (text messages) he approached me. Attacking a customers character is never good First off I have to say the work and speed that their crew delivered was great. We love everything that they did for us. We had a number of requests for them to: 1. Build a deck near our pool with cover 2. Replace our fencing to hide the pool equipment 3. New fence towards the back of our property In the photos you can see how great it turned out. Now where they lost their stars is in communication and dealing with conflicts. 1st issue - We had a dumpster provided that they subcontracted and had a number of issues. James gave my husband the phone number to contact dumpster company and "deal with the issue". As a customer all issues pertaining to a subcontractor that THEY hired should have been handled by them and not us. 2nd issue - some of the fence posts they installed warped and we asked for them to come repair. We had to text and call about 10 times! We were given dates that someone would show up and then no one showed up and no communication about 5 times. Continuous calling and text had to occur with the same result. Then random out of the blue one day someone showed up to fix the fence and once again no communication to inform us they were coming nor after to check how the repair went. This process was extremely frustrating and clear that dealing with conflicts isn't their forte.

If I didn't skim the tassels and empty the baskets at least 3x a day, our pool would get green and mucky very fast. This year we decided to get Secure my Pool to make a cover for us. They gave me an estimate based on pictures and rough measurements. And then they came out with an industrial sized sewing machine on the back of their truck, did their own measurements, and made it on the spot. Every day when I walk past the windows, I heave a sigh of relief that I'm not having to work all day every day to keep the pollen out of the pool. Owner was really nice -- so was his son, who came out and made/installed the cover. No nonsense, communicative people who do what they say they will at a decent price.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!…read more After reading reviews of nightmare remodeling experiences, we began our contractor search for a major project on our 19 year old New Braunfels home with more than a little trepidation. The first place talked a good game but had lots of terrible online reviews. Another had no online presence, so no reviews. Finally logged onto the Better Business Bureau site. Best move we ever made. LONESTAR HOME SOLUTIONS. A+ BBB rating, plenty of company info, photos on their web site and great reviews. Still, we needed to see things for ourselves, so we made an appointment and drove to Seguin. Project Manager Amanda answered our questions, walked us around the showroom to see what styles we were thinking about and most of all, provided info about their process and the permanent crews they use. After Amanda & owner Carlos Moreno visited to access the project, they provided detailed written estimates which were updated quite often as we chose materials and expanded our goals. We opted to stay in our home once the work began, even though we knew things would get messy, but we got rid of our old bed & ordered a new one to provide more space for the crews to work. Amanda made sure we took our time making the right choices for our large project. Construction Manager Roland checked in regularly to see how his crews were doing and to let us know what was scheduled next. All of the guys on the crews were able to move around and do other aspects of the remodeling process but these were their specialties: Flooring specialists Gilbert & Sparky removed carpet and old flooring, then laid our tile throughout the house. They also dismantled our day bed and trundle and moved them to our master bedroom until the other side of the house was tiled. Then they moved it all back. Extra tall Sparky even hung some things for me. Johnny & Will's specialties were painting & hardware & attention to detail, which is exactly what they did. Christobol & Victor worked on our custom walk-in shower. We can't stop grinning every time we use it.
