Excellent service, excellent product. We love our gigantic oak trees, but for the last 10 years we've been fighting oak pollen in the spring and acorns in the fall. If I didn't skim the tassels and empty the baskets at least 3x a day, our pool would get green and mucky very fast. This year we decided to get Secure my Pool to make a cover for us. They gave me an estimate based on pictures and rough measurements. And then they came out with an industrial sized sewing machine on the back of their truck, did their own measurements, and made it on the spot. Every day when I walk past the windows, I heave a sigh of relief that I'm not having to work all day every day to keep the pollen out of the pool. Perfect service from start to finish. Responded extremely quickly to my inquiry and provided a quote within hours. They came and installed my Katch-a-leaf yesterday and I am extremely happy with the end result. I am smiling as I look out of the window and see the leaves and pollen accumulating on top of the cover instead of clogging up my skimmer already. The install was quick and it was fascinating to see them manufacture the cover to fit perfectly on site. It even provides a great seal around my raised fountain wall. The cover is easy to put on and take off especially with the provided roller. It has rained heavily today and there is no accumulation of water. We also like the fact that it is see through enough to monitor our robotic pool cleaner (nicknamed Bessie by my wife) We can simply release three connectors from on the cover and drop her in. Her power supply cable glides under the floats easily (although with this cover we suspect Bessie will become significantly underemployed from now on instead of being deployed 2 times a day. I highly recommend this product and the secure my pool team. They were really pleasant to do business with at every step of the process. read more

I've had this pool cover a week and I wish I would've purchased it when I put the pool in. It looks good and very easy to take off and put on. I like how it's completely out of the water and the anchors they used are flush and barefoot friendly. I was worried the sandstone would break or crack but the way they cored and not drilled made for a great installation. Time will tell how it holds up but so far I definitely recommend this cover. read more

I have a very large pool and the single row of three floats wasn't quite keeping the cover from touching the water. I called him to see if I could get a couple of more floats.
