To my surprise, the staff at Our Countryside Resort made the transition practically seamless. Starting with the first call I made to the facility inquiring about the care, to the first visit I paid to my dad after he moved in, the staff has been incredibly supportive and kind. These people genuinely care about the residents. From the personal engagement to the top-notch care, the staff demonstrates love and compassion with everything they do. They treat their residents with dignity and respect as if they were their own family member. For the first week my dad was in the facility, I called several times a day to see how he was doing. The staff was very friendly and never made me feel like I was burdening them by calling. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the facility. There are ample opportunities for the residents to socialize, lots of daily activities, animals to spend time with in the backyard (my dad's personal favorite) and the food is good! Now that my dad resides in this facility I can rest calmly at night knowing that he is safe, clean, well taken care of and most importantly, happy! Thank you Valerie, Juan and all the staff at Our Countryside Resort. I am forever indebted to you!

The patients were showered and fully dressed every day. The staff were very kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good about this place. The facilities were immaculate and never smelled like so many other places do. To this day, I still think about this place and am so happy I placed Fred there. If any of you are considering placing your loved one here, don't hesitate. I am, to this day, thankful for all they did for my husband. Thank you so much for all you did for him. As a nurse I was also able to speak with the staff who is excited to be a part of this new facility and very knowledgable!! My mom was at ICC for the past 4 years and they have been nothing but kind and caring to her…read more Living quarters is clean and organized, meals are prepared in the kitchen by staff members, I can always smell the home cooking when arriving before lunch or dinner to visit my mom. You can tell they all take their jobs seriously and really care about the residents, I never worried about leaving my mom here, I knew she was in good hands. My mom passed away in December of 2024, the staff was helpful with the arrangements and comforting as well, we will always be forever grateful to the team at ICC, they are true everyday heroes that need more recognition for what they do.

They do an excellent job meeting all of their needs. If there are any concerns with my loving aunt. it gets addressed right away and I am informed immediately. The activities program is like no other. My aunt is always laughing and is always participating in something. The food is good and the community is absolutely gorgeous. Not to mention it has a pool, Pickleball court, a theater and three libraries. Although she doesn't use all of the amenities she would like to think she does. Most of the time doing arts and crafts with the other ladies or playing bingo. For my family and I Westmont Riverside has been a real blessing.
