I met him out front when he brought the car back, I reached for the door handle and noticed there was wax residue in the seem of the front and back door, I opened the door, the floors stood out they were clean, seats, the exterior of the car - clean. I was impressed! The wax in the seam stayed with me though! This is my second time using BrightShine this time to detail both interior and exterior, we looked under the hood he said that would be part of the exterior, waxing is good for 6 - 12 months so wash, wax and interior. Because of the wax in the seam of the doors I'm now looking to see where else there is wax residue, what I found instead is water spots / rain spots. The driver side and hood is clean, go to the back and passenger side and water sports everywhere. On the inside of the car passenger front door panel you can still see a tire track from the wheel to my wheel chair and on that same pillar between the passenger front and back door you can still see splatter from snow and salt off my wheel chair over the winter. He also said they would use this sanding thing to get the grit and grime off before waxing so the wax would adhere better to the paint but clearly this did not happen because they didn't even wash the car properly, I suspect the wax in the seam of he drivers door was so I would see it and be convinced that waxing did in fact happen. The car is now in the garage to keep it out of the elements since I paid allot to get it cleaned and it hasn't rained yet this week so the water spots isn't because I left it out in the rain. I'll for sure put the pictures up on Google Maps, you can zoom in to see what I didn't pay for. I look at their reviews and there are 5 stars all over the place so was I singled out or they just forgot to wash the other side and that they were to wax the car?

    Emailed this place for a quote, I was emailed back from Shawn. He asked what i wanted, which is a…read morevery specific film in a specific percentage. I asked if his shop had it and could do the Xpel prime XR plus. Shawn said his shop had the film and gave me a quote. The quote given, I agreed with and we set a date to bring my vehicle in. The appointment set was approximately week and a few days later. I made arrangements to bring my car in the day we agreed on. The evening before, I reached out to reconfirm the appointment. Sean quickly responded that appointment is still on. I also double checked and made sure that the specific film will be used. I get a response back from Sean saying that it is another brand and a different quality tier film lower than of what I originally requested. I respond to Shawn that those were not the films I originally requested or not what I wanted to be put on my car. Sean responded and said he did not have the films that I requested a week ago. Also said that he could have the films I requested specifically few days later and need to reschedule the appointment. Sean also asked what percentage I wanted on the car, I sent you an original request and on that request it had exactly what brand and percentage I wanted on my car. I felt that Shawn was not listening to what I was requesting for my car. I respectfully declined to reschedule the appointment for wasting my time. Im sure the team's install work is good but wasting my time is not. This is too bad because I also planned to use these guys to PPF my car and other services. Im glad that I emailed and reached out the night before my appointment to reconfirm everything. If i did not do this, I would of dropped my car off and had the wrong films applied, then I would be more upset. Please pay attention to customers request. I added screen shots proving my original request asking for legal limit tints. Im glad i steered clear of this shady behavior/business.
