I went to the Auburn dealership and after they rotated my tires the salesperson said the tires were on too tight and they accidentally broke the key for my wheel lock. The salesperson said that if I replaced the locking lugs (4) with standard lugs, they would pay for them. What? I got 4 standard lugs from an autoparts store and they put them on and filed a reimbursement claim. The salesperson Steve Robichaud, took responsibility for the problem even though TFT didnt cause the tightly installed lugs problem in the first place. That's the kind of service I appreciate!

I called Fuller, made an appointment, letting them know that I'd drop off the car (it has run-flats) and deliver the tires when they arrived, after 1pm. They got the tires much later (2:30), yet had them installed well before closing time. When I picked up the car I was astonished to find that rather than simply install the tires, they also completely cleaned both from rims, which were coated with brake dust when I'd dropped off the car. Juxtapose that with my experience at another shop, which after replacing the rear pair of tires, returned the car to me with handprints in the brake dust of both wheels. Unlike Fuller, who completely cleaned every bit of grime from my wheels, this other shop never even gave them a quick wipe with a rag!

They scheduled an appointment to get the other two tires and was assured they wouldn't be charged for another alignment. Soon after getting the first alignment and tires, my kids hear a whining noise. They called Midas shed told them about this and said they wanted a transmission flush instead of tires. Midas said sure, bring it in. Here is where Midas formulated their plan as they unbeknownst to my kids, they DO NOT WORK ON TRANSMISSIONS. So my kids took it there to be told they needed a new axle, tie rods. They were quoted $1300. When the work was done, the price was $1550 and another alignment charge. Also the parts they charged for were over $450 each and at the Jeep dealership they are much less. So did Midas touch the parts and they turned into Gold? All jokes aside, they are crooks and we are taking this up the corporate ladder. They took advantage of my kids. Lawyer time! I had the absolute worst car experience of my life at this place after bringing my car in for…read morebrakes. What I thought would be a simple job turned into several months of follow-up visits and being sent to the Honda dealership to fix their mistake since they couldn't figure it out. The business would often be closed during listed hours or they were short staffed and couldn't help without multiple workers. They did compensate me for the dealership charge, but even that didn't go smoothly as I had to contact HR myself which took weeks. I was offered a free oil change as well which caused more damage to my car and they tried to cover it up with a zip tie which broke within 24 hours. Attached is the full letter I worked to put together to the HR person I was in contact with regarding all the trouble this place caused us, which went completely ignored. While the person I spoke with from Monroe throughout the process was kind and tried to right their wrongs- the experience was just a complete disaster from start to finish and no customer should have to go through this-ever!
