As a person fearful of going to the dentist, I have found the best!!! I have been going to Dr. Fraimann for at least 15 years and he is the ONLY one that has calmed my dental fears. The minute you walk into his office you are greeted by his receptionist, Angie with a smile. Recently, I had to have a crown replacement and he knows me and my feelings about anestesia, drillings etc. Dr Fraiman and Reagan took good care of me and after a month with a temporary crown he put in the permanent crown today. I do have cleanings three times a year and always request Kimberly. She knows me very well and her cleanings are the absolute best. On 26 July 2023 I had my semi-annual check-up with Dr. Fraiman and his staff. I received the same outstanding attention that I have on past visits. His reception room area is always spotless and the staff is cheerful and helpful. The technician did a very good job on my teeth and Dr. Fraiman's assistant reviewed and gave me a passing grade. Dr Fraiman is excellent and put in a perfect implant from start to finish for me which my regular dentist could not do. However, the bill seemed very high so I asked if they honored the maximum that my insurance allowed and they said they did. I then asked for weeks for a printed copy of the bill so I could ask my insurance company what the maximum allowed costs were. After about 1 month I was credited $1,357 back to my credit card. If I hadn't pushed them with numerous phone calls I would have lost my insurance benefit. Great doctor but be very careful of their billing errors. read more

I have had nothing but problems since going to this office and Dr. Fraiman for almost a year. I was referred to him for being the best for dentures. Never having them I didn't know what to expect. I was told that the immediate denture would be turned into a permanent denture after my gums had healed from extractions. I was told by his receptionist that I could come in as often as needed for adjustments until healing and that they were made permanent. One appointment in particular stands out due to one of his assistants being abusive with her actions and manners. The permanent denture does not fit properly and the teeth are not level as in running uphill on one side. They do not stay in place. The last visit to his office he then tells me he couldn't help the way I healed and if I wanted a denture to fit perfect that would be another $3700.00. Considering that my insurance now won't cover dentures for another 5 years I will be stuck paying for new ones or hold out for 4 more years with ill fitting ones. I would not recommend this office for this procedure to anyone. My next step is to file a complaint with the Arizona Dental Board. They also overcharged me $1400.00 which was brought to my attention by my insurance company which his office did reimburse after I asked about it. I want to add that Dr Fraiman is not a good communicator. read more

My husband and I just moved into Surprise 4 months ago. We have been looking for new health care providers. My husband had cracked a tooth and needed a dentist quickly. Dr. Fraiman saw him within 24 hours and began treatment within the week. I had a teeth cleaning this morning with Leslie. I am not the biggest fan of a dentist. It all stems from a rough and tumble experience as a child. With that said I do not seek out their services other than to have my teeth cleaned. When I moved to Arizona from the Midwest I did not do my homework and find myself a dentist. Needless to say I ran into a situation where I needed to be seen. Sign, broken tooth. I asked around at work and a co-worker suggested Dr. Fraiman. She said he was very kind and professional. So with that said I made an appointment, telling Angie the receptionist I wanted a broken tooth checked, and my teeth cleaned. I was able to make an appointment in a few days from the initial call. I added this business to yelp, as it was not listed when I went to read reviews. Upon entering the reception area I noticed the peaceful feel of the area. Small with two sofas and a chair. Also a table with magazines to be read. The receptionist, Angie, was very professional and quite helpful. My appointment time was at 0700, which was a big plus for me with my work schedule. My wait was not very long at all. Once in the exam room my oral issues were assessed. A full set of x-rays were not taken, which to be was perfectly fine. They took pictures of the broken tooth for the dentist to assess. At this point I already knew in my minds eye that there were going to be issues, because I could feel a small hole in one tooth with my tongue. LOL. The dentist came in and stated that there were two issues at hand, both of which I stated to him, a cavity and a broken tooth. We laughed and he said, "well you don't need me" For someone with high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist this was a welcome little laugh. After this he told me my options an explained the issues at hand more fully. My question was in regards to cost. Angie came to the exam room with the total out of pocket expense for me and what the insurance paid. She also had configured a payment plan in advance, bringing that with her as well. I was impressed with this aspect. Once this was established the real work began. The dentist assistant prepped my inner gum for what was to come. We talked about my anxieties, my hands began to sweat an I began to have visions of horrible pain. In came the dentist. WOW. That is the first oral injection I have ever had that I did not feel. They did offer me a set of headphones to listen to while working with the drills and other equipment, however I opted out of this offer. The work that was completed was done with great care and in a very professional manner. The dentist provided more "numbs it" via injection after I had told the assistant I could begin to feel, prior to the extraction of my wisdom tooth. All I felt was the pressure of the dentist applying the needed force to extract the tooth from the bone. I felt not pain, which for me was my biggest anxiety. Dentist I have been to in the past have not waited for the numbing effect before providing their services. With all that said, I will be returning to this dentist, not because I need to have a permanent crown put in place, rather I felt that I was tended to in a very professional manner. My anxieties were addressed as well as the issues at hand. Had they told me the issues and then stated I needed to make an appointment to come back, I would never have gone back. This I did state to the dentist. I wouldn't do it any differently then I did that day. I will be back in the near future for the teeth cleaning I initially wanted, and I will be back for check ups. read more

I went to my new patient appointment today with Dr Fraiman and was pleasantly surprised. I always dread the dentist but from the second I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and smiles. My hygienist was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The doctor was nice and professional as well. I needed a deep cleaning and other offices wanted to charge me $400+ . Dr Perry Fraiman is the most caring and accomodating dentist you will find. Several years ago my husband needed two front crowns replaced. My husband asked for my help choosing the right tooth color. Dr Fraiman said for us to swing by his office and he'd show us the choices....we even went outside to look at it in natural light. Now, where would you find a specialist who would do that? Very recently I had a huge mouth sore. He asked me to pop in at my convenience 3 week in a row to check on it. He also gave me a very helpful prescription. Dr. Fraiman and his staff is exceptional. This year I had an abscess tooth and it was causing horrible pain. I telephoned Dr. Fraiman's office and Angie told me to come right on over. She assured me that Dr. Fraiman could help relieve the pain. He and his dental assistant was wonderful. He arranged for an endodontist and then he put the crown on after the root canal. It was a long process, where everyone was patient and understanding. I am not a good patient where dentists are concerned, but I would highly recommend Dr. Fraiman, his dental assistants and hygienists. But most of all Angie, she sets the tone from the time you enter until you leave. I really appreciate their professionalism and the "old fashion" desire that the patient comes first. read more

It's hard to get excited about dental work, but Dr. Fraiman and his excellent team make the visit quite enjoyable. I have been going there with my family for over 7 years and I must say that I am very impressed. From their receptionist Angie, who is always very pleasant and attentive to our needs, to their hygienists who treat us as family. When we go in for our appointments they actually remember us to the point that they remember details from our life that we have shared with them. Of course, you don't NEED that from a dental visit, but it sure makes you feel welcomed. On top of it all Dr. Fraiman is very thorough and caring. If you don't need a certain procedure done, he will tell you flat out. Not like other dentists that try very hard to 'sell' their services to you. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fraiman and his staff for over 5 years now. He has always treated us very well. When my son fell and chipped his front tooth, we had at first taken him to a specialist pediatric dentist to fix it. The 'fix' failed and fell out after less than 3 months and we were out hundreds of dollars that they charged over our insurance. I asked Dr. Fraiman's office if they would see my child, and they agreed. He fixed my son's front tooth easily, and didn't charge anything extra over what our insurance paid!
