I'd like to say that Dr Pham is a great dentist. I have a problem with needles and he does a good job with making sure I don't feel the needle. I don't like dentist usually but, he has a great bedside manner. He keeps you comfortable while he does what he has to do. He explains just what has to be done, ways that it can and should be done and it's always done in a timely manner. I like him because I can joke with him, which makes me more comfortable. I have always needed him in a jam. A tooth broke and I need the tooth fixed now. He has always been there for me. He fixed the tooth without a problem. He works with your insurance or with you if you don't have insurance. That say a lot about Doctor of any kind today, most of them are in it just for the money. I'm sure everybody needs to get paid for what they do, but not all of them are willing to help you in payments that work for the client, Dr Pham does. If you ever need a dentist that will be willing to work with you of any level he's your man. read more

I have not been to a dentist, except in emergencies, for many years. I went to Dr. Pham because I am deathly afraid of dentists and he said he would be kind, gentle, and he would take good care of me. I am a total wuss when it comes to pain. Any pain. I now go to the office and (though not relaxed) get through the appointment without wetting myself. Dr. Pham and his crew are exceptional and I know my dental care is better than it has been in years. From his wonderful receptionist (always accommodating), to Kelly the hygienist (really top notch), and his assistants at chairside, I feel more at ease every time I go back, and YES, I do and will continue to go back. It's nice to know they go above and beyond to take care of whiny cry babies like me. read more

I've had some terrible experiences with dentists. I checked out a few in Surprise & I wasn't satisfied with any. I needed new dentures and my self esteem was at the lowest point. I was so upset & didn't know what to do. Then I found Thomas Pham Dentistry. The office staff was friendly & professional. The staff is wonderful putting me at ease. Dr Pham was compassionate, kind & gentle. He is a great dentist & knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. I have a beautiful smile & I couldn't be happier. I've always hated the dentist until I came to Dr. Pham. After being a patient of his for nearly four years, my teeth are in the best shape they've ever been in, and I look forward to my 6-month checkups.
