They have been in the business for many years and travel overseas to stock their inventory. The hand tied rugs are of very good quality. I think I have purchased five rugs from them and I am happy with each one. This past month I brought a runner in for cleaning. I believe it was the first rug I bought from them. It is a beautiful beige Chobi with traces of reds and blues woven into it. The rug is in a hall off my front entry and between foot traffic and my dog, it gets extremely dirty. They cleaned it so well, I can nows see the original reds and blues in the otherwise beige background. It could not have been an easy job. Finally, let me say how friendly all the folks are! This place is a gem and Atlanta is very lucky to have them here. If it is a drive for you, it is well worth your time to make it.

My husband spilled tea on our new cream area rug, it's wool and has a raised knotted texture so no one has been able to clean it. We bring it here, and the man inside (believe it's the owner?) Came out to inspect the rug. After looking it over he was totally honest in saying the spot will probably never come fully out and that the money we'd pay him to try might not be worth it. Instead he took us back inside and showed us a product we could buy from Home Depot that may help lighten the stain over time. So far the product has been helping! And we appreciate the honesty more than you know. He was a good man and this seems like a quality business.

I had a larger area rug in my primary bedroom that had myriad pet stains and dust, and I needed an expert hand. the Sharian team showed up on time and ready to help move/shift my furniture to be able to haul the rug away. a few months later and BOOM: beautiful like-new rug that'll last another 10 years, minimum. I've used other services before and literally nothing is comparable. one of the best-run companies in the Metro, bar none.
