I attended the Lobster Extravaganza class with Chef Baba last Friday, and it was fantastic!…read more Chef Baba was knowledgeable, entertaining, and made everyone feel comfortable regardless of their cooking experience. The class was well organized, hands-on, and filled with helpful tips and techniques that we can actually use at home. The lobster dishes were absolutely delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. I will definitely be back for another class!

I bought a Groupon for four people to attend Chef Baba's cooking class, and we were all so excited…read moreto go! I thought we were cooking, but it turns out that we got to sit and learn how to cook! The chef does these classes in two locations; one in Fort Lauderdale, and one in Delray Beach. Today we attended the class at Bagel Twins restaurant in Delray Beach. Tonight's menu included Lobster! We started off with a delicious Lobster ravioli with a lemon wine sauce and wilted arugula. From there we had the most divine lobster bisque I've ever tasted. Chef Cooks all of this in front of you and asks for participation from the audience. He had many Sous chefs tonight! After the bisque, he made the most incredible Lobster bruschetta with a balsamic glaze on top. And to finish off the evening he served the most delicious lobster mac and cheese I have ever had in my entire life! When you take his classes, he will email you the recipes of everything he cooked that night. My friends and I had so much fun and we would definitely go back for another demonstration and meal! Such a fun and interactive evening!

We were very…read morefortunate to have Sy and her team featured at a community event for the Underline in Brickell showcasing the flavors of Miami Gardens. Sy and her team were friendly and gracious and offered us a sampling of the most gorgeous and delicious creations: Jamaican jerk meatballs, sweet plantain cups, curry chicken wonton bites, and grilled curry shrimp kabobs. All of these bites were creative, bursting with flavor, and (important for a networking event) easy to eat while chatting. The wonton bites were especially a standout for me - I don't know what was in the curry sauce that made it so delicious (coconut milk??) but it was a bite of heaven! Sy and her team offer catering and even cooking classes. I love that this is truly local food showcasing the best of the diverse flavors of our vibrant city. Would be an amazing choice for your next event and Sy's creations are sure to wow your guests!

"Hands-down the BEST food I've had in a long time."…read more In all honesty I wouldn't typically stop and leave reviews on things like this. But EasyCookinWithSy completely blew me away. From the moment I placed my order, everything was smooth, professional, and full of flavor. I ordered a full catering spread for my family's celebration, and people are still talking about it weeks later! The jerk chicken? Perfectly seasoned. The rasta pasta? Creamy, spicy, and addictive. And don't even get me started on the banana pudding cake. literal heaven in a slice. Sy doesn't just cook bro... she creates an experience. You can feel the love in every bite. I'll be back for every event, every birthday, and probably just random Tuesdays too‍ 10/10 would recommend. Book her. Thank me later.

I got to have a lovely chat with the owner Claudia. She sells all sorts of amazing vintage items and clothing. During my visit they were having a pop up jewelry event with pieces that would look right at home in your grandmother's jewelry box. If you wear clip on earrings, she had a wonderful selection along with beautiful brooches. Some of the pieces, like a box of rings were as inexpensive a one dollar. Don't forget to look up while you are shopping and check out Claudia's shoe art installation on the ceiling. Besides all of the unique things she sells, Claudia also does art classes. She showed me some of the projects which included journals, sea glass art, and wind chimes. Follow Comfort for Chaos on Facebook for upcoming events or even better, check them out in person. Claudia got the name for her store from a invention she created called Chaos for Comfort. It is a pad that you can add to your seat that is either hot or cold to provide comfort while you are working on your computer at your desk. She sells them online and in the store. Claudia is a business owner, artist, and inventor and a lovely person to meet.
