Making my own body butter was easier (and way more fun) than I expected. We created our own body butter and had a variety of scents to choose from. The host was amazinggggg! She was very informative, down to earth and really nice. She definitely knows her stuff. The man who hosted karaoke was a total vibe! Once everyone finished their creations, the real fun kicked off (KARAOKE) and the energy completely shifted -- lots of laughs, singing, and good crowd interaction. WE TURNED UP!!!! It was the kind of event that felt both relaxing and lively at the same time. If you're looking for something different to do with friends -- something hands-on, social, and full of personality -- I'd definitely recommend it. They actually have different DIY events like hand soaps and wine making. We will definitely be back sooner than they think. FYI - Bring a portable fan cause all that dancing and moving around you will get hot!

When the chef was asked she said "she didn't know what gluten was before today" which was concerning for the safety of those with allergies. Considering it was something mentioned during the planning and food selection the chef appeared to have not done any research on her end to learn more about it (if she was not experienced in that type of food). As a professional I assumed she would have come knowledgeable and able to accommodate. Although the food tasted good there was not enough. Each person only had 1 skewer of chicken kabob which only had 3/4 small pieces of chicken. At the end of dinner everyone was left hungry and wishing there was more. Thankfully there was a little more vegetables but not enough for all of us. It was surprising given all pictures/social media posts look like theres a surplus of food. We also paid an upcharge for the lobster rolls which were mini and only one per person. I assumed it would have been at least 2 per person and more lobster inside considering it was an upcharge. Overall we were left disappointed in the amount of food for what we paid, although what we ate did taste good. We ate snacks that we had in the house after she was gone. It was very unfortunate as we had higher expectations.

I attempted to contact FloraVina for over a week (called and left multiple voicemails as well as email), in order to secure my reservation, but never even received a call or email in return. It's been two weeks now and have yet to hear back, my Groupon is now expired, super disappointing. I'm contacting Groupon customer service for a refund.

We have never heard of this catering company before but the food looked delicious. My husband and I tried everything on the menu...several times! The display of food was gorgeous and mouthwatering. They had exquisite and delectable food: mini lobster rolls (yes, real lobster!), shrimp cocktail, ceviche, pasta with pesto sauce, elegant ham, roast beef, and turkey croissants, quinoa with raspberries and orange (I think, not sure, but delish), homemade ice cream, key lime pie dessert, and much more. The food was soooooo good and the presentation super cute. The staff was very friendly and diligent, but what impressed us the most, was that the owner of the catering company, "Hollywood", was going around the party meeting the attendees to make sure everything was ok with the food and everyone was happy with it. We were telling him how delicious the food was and my husband mentioned the mini lobster rolls. A lady that we know that was chatting with us heard mini lobster rolls, and said that she did not try one yet. Well, Hollywood made a call to his staff, and within 2 minutes his staff brought a whole tray full of mini lobster rolls to our chairs. Telling you that this man knows about customer service is an understatement. Wow! What service. Finding a catering company that has delicious food is one thing, but finding the whole package, were the staff is awesome, AND the owner hands on and on top of things so that attendees are super happy is a completely different thing. This is my first time ever writing a review for anything but I had to share…read more Last night, I hosted my daughter's sweet sixteen at Jet Runway Cafe (Silver Lining Catering) and I have to say the event was INCREDIBLE. I have received calls all morning from guests that said the party was the best they have EVER experienced. From the beautiful layout of the venue, decor, staff (John, Doug, all other staff), and the amazing food, everyone in attendance was given the first class treatment. We felt like celebrities all night. Staff made all of my guest feel like royalty. I would recommend this venue/company to anyone and everyone. It was worth every penny.

Once breakfast was set up, the coffee was cold and there was not enough food. At lunch, instead of having cutlery neatly rolled in a napkin or placed in cups, it was haphazardly thrown in a platter. There was not nearly enough salad dressing. When I asked the caterer who was there for more she replied, "Well we brought 4 bottles". I did not choose the food for lunch and I did not find it to be very good. There was huge chunks of chicken in a creamy sauce. The chicken was dry and tasteless. There were also big chunks of beef with tons of onions. That dish did not look very appetizing but the beef aaas tender and it tasted better than the chicken. I did not try the ziti or the potatoes. Culinary Affairs had a complete disregard to detail. When a caterer is late that is a poor reflection on me and my business. The quality of food and presentation certainly did not make up for the tardiness. Never again.
