Incredible experience with Cameron and his team. We haul a kid and two dogs around in our cars and so they were pretty disgusting. They came in and made the interior and exterior of the car look like new. Coffee stains on the seat were gone. All of the grime that collects up in the nooks and crannies of the car was gone. And all of this was done in our own driveway and pretty quickly too. Cameron was also incredibly professional which is doubly good when you have the service coming to your house. Price was great. Any other parents out there looking to rescue the car they originally bought from the grossness that kids bring, Personal Touch is the way to go. read more

I have had Cameron and his crew come out on numerous occasions to detail my cars. Today they detailed my Jeep Rubicon and my girlfriend's Toyota Prius. They did a spectacular job on both vehicles. Awful! Brought my car in and was told the paint was all off. It wasn't. The inside looked the same before I dropped it off. He said it was all off and it wasn't then their was still sunscreen on the seat that was not removed. read more

I elected to hire this company to clean my 2024 Hyundai Tuscon, and I had them clean my old 2021 Chevy Equinox. It was a positive experience, but unfortunately, it was not this time. Cameron cleaned my vehicle, and I was not satisfied whatsoever. Cameron white labels th products he uses, and I don't recognize the product he uses. He did not inquire if he could use my water hose or water spray to clean my vehicle. Cameron dis not use a power washer at all. He used clean towels but never used a clay bar or clay towel to detail my vehicle. He does not use any product to protect the dash or interior timings on the doors. He will ask to use a deodorizer, which I declined. I paid slightly over $400.00 with tax for an exterior wash and interior cleaning. I had to clean my windshield and rear window the next day since there were streaks and spots. He cracked my license plate cover since he was cleaning the inside of it and never replied to my text to replace it. He used liquid wax to shine my vehicle but never used a buffer or wax machine on the paint. I never take my vehicle to any car wash with brushes, so that saved him work not to use the products to protect my paint. He assured me that his product will protect my paint for 1 year if I subscribe to his monthly car wash service, which I declined. He would sell me his liquid shine protectant for $20.00 so I could apply it after every wash. I declined to buy his product. I inquired about the certifications and insurance he has, but Cameron never provided the information. I would caution any customer in hiring this company. A few weeks ago- I purchased a gift certificate from the Personal Touch auto detailing for my son in law for his birthday. I don't live in North Carolina and reached out to the owner Cameron to purchase it. He was very helpful and I was very pleased that I was doing something special for my son in law. I received no contract, had searched the site to see if they sold gift certificates, couldn't find anything on their site. That is why I called their shop. I trusted him. My son in law tried to reach out to the shop before he made his appointment because he had questions he wanted to ask. He was told to just make his appointment online and his questions were never answered. He set up an appointment online to have his car detailed at their house,and received a confirmation online. He re- arranged his schedule to be at home the day of the appointment. No one showed up on the day the car was supposed to be detailed. He tried to call the owner a number of times but received no answer. He finally went to the shop. The person he talked to had only been there a few weeks. That person did get through to the owner who said he was sleeping because he had been on a trip over the weekend and that was why he didn't show up. The appointment was for a Tuesday morning. No apology offered- after some discussion, my son in law asked to be refunded the money from the gift certificate I had purchased. The owner told him no. My husband called the owner, he again said no that their policy was not to refund gift certificates. That was news to me- I never received a contract, just a receipt for the gift certificate and could not find any information about gift certificates on his website. Bottom line is- do not use this company. I am so disappointed. Initially, Cameron seemed very pleasant. But we received no services and he ended up with my money. It's a great scam and especially when it was a senior citizen who trusted him and reached out to him for help. read more

Cameron did an excellent job on my Mercedes GLE. He even came out while it was raining to personally reschedule the detailing. I thought that was terrific, because most would have simply called. Ultimately, the detailing was well done. No complaints at all. read more

On 12/3/2020 I had dropped my vehicle and my girlfriends vehicle off to be tinted by personal touch auto detailing in Indian trail NC at 7:00 AM. Thirteen hours later, I was told they were ready to be picked up. Me and my girlfriend show up and only one vehicle is done. Being that the other one was a spare vehicle I wasn't too concerned but still was upset that it was not complete but I paid and left with only one vehicle. As I continue to leave her vehicle battery was completely dead, they drained it from leaving the doors open with the lights on, so I had to pull my personal truck inside his shop and jump it off. I also come to find out that spare vehicles battery was also dead. The next morning I wake up and look at my girlfriends vehicle. The tint was horribly done, there was tons of creases and jagged cuts. I then reached out to the owner and told him that I was unhappy and he needed to do something about it. After saying he would fix it and to come back the following day on 12/4 at 2:30. I show up on 12/4 at 2:30 to pick up my vehicle and to get hers fixed. After showing up and getting told that there was not much he can do to fix hers I was very upset. I proceed to look at my car and it is an even worse tint job and has tons of issues. Since he was not present, I sent him pictures of everything, while his tech told me he was sorry and there wasn't much he could do about it. After being extremely upset, I called the owner and texted him that I would like a refund. After him telling me he was going to send a refund, he blocked my number and all my social media platforms so I couldn't reach him. I paid $500 for both vehicles to get tinted, after running back-and-forth and all the inconveniences and poor workmanship and unprofessionalism. The owner of this so called "business" is a complete joke and will not face his own issues as his fault. I've had work done with them in the past and now I'll never use them again. read more

***DO NOT USE PERSONAL TOUCH AUTO DETAILING IN INDIAN TRAIL**** TRUST YOUR GUT! I didn't. I found this local business when i search for local company to clean and detail 3 of our family cars. When i made the appointment, which was the first of many red flags, they assured me that coming to my home (verses me taking cars to them) would be best and we agreed on an appointment date/time. **It was never mentioned an additional fee to come to my home**The price he quoted was high but i trusted the reviews, so i agreed. Oh he did say he was giving me a discount for 3 cars and no where on the invoice did it specify a fee for coming to my house. They were 2 hours late for the appointment, no phone call and i had errands to run (in a borrowed vehicle) so i called them. Cam, the owner, told me they had a conflict but assured they were coming. RED FLAG. I asked Cam if i could just prepay him bc i didn't know when i would be back and my husband wasn't there either. Doing this was absolutely where i went wrong. DONT EVER PREPAY FOR SERVICE WORK!!!! Later in the day, my husband drops by the house and when he pulls in, he sees Cam sitting in his work van, Cam jumps out and introduced himself to my husband as the owner and laughs off that he's sitting in the A/C while his worker does the work. Cam asked my husband if he (the paying customer) would supply him and his employee with some cold water to drink. Once i get home later that afternoon, it begins to rain. Once the rain is gone, i walk out and notice one of the vehicles carpeted floor mats (4) were left hanging over the fence and now they are drenched from the rain and dirty. Ok honest mistake right? The next morning, I get in my vehicle and instantly see my front rubber mats have not been cleaned properly if even at all and dirt underneath my driver seat. I take photos and immediately call Cam and calmly explain to him what i saw. He gets defensive and instantly starts to accuse me of being rude and disrespectful. I was in shock. I was not rude nor disrespectful, i think i had just woke him up and caught him off guard. However I just spent $750 not including tip to have my vehicles professionally cleaned inside and out and i expected them to (at the very least) be CLEAN but he, the owner, treated me rudely and disrespectfully! He asked me if i just wanted a refund and i said no. After a few minutes i just said i want them redone. He agreed BUT wants to charge me a "fee" to come back out. Again, my jaw dropped! I said i wasn't paying any fees especially when i did nothing wrong. I just said i would bring them to his shop. I text him the photos a few minutes later and I get the response that he's now decided to come to my house to reclean and will waive the fee. On the scheduled date and time, the following week, i had all three cars there again (putting 3 people without a vehicle again) and after 3 hours of no call/no show, i text cam. He accuses me of having the wrong date (which he sent me several text messages confirmations for). He makes excuses after excuses and finally i just say give me the refund you initiall offered, and he said only a partial within 3-5 business days. I have all the text messages between cam and i, and to this day, i have not seen any refund. I hesitated putting this on here because this isn't who i am, but everyone needs to be warned about this guy. Yes he has good reviews online, that's what i trusted, but don't trust this guy or his business. Let me add, i text him after 10 business days to check on the refund, and he's blocked my number. Cam Nash and Personal Touch Auto Detailing is a scam local business - please do yourself a favor stay away from this business! I got the mini detail for $75. I was told that everything would be wiped down and vacuumed. The inside of the back doors were not wiped at all. They barely cleaned the mat rugs. They didn't wipe down the dashboard either. It would've been cheaper to just do it myself. I was not expecting for it to come back looking like a new car but I at least want what I paid for ! read more

I had Personal Touch Auto Detail come to my home today for a mobile car detail. Cam, the owner, was very nice and professional. He walked me through what would be done and answered all my questions before getting started. He was well prepared as all of the equipment was in his van and he got right to it. And the results were fantastic! The car was sparkling and the inside was just as clean and smelling great! I booked an appointment with Personal Touch Auto Detailing after reading the reviews online but as everyone knows, first hand experience is only way to understand a business and quality of its work. When I arrived at the appointment time, Cameron greeted me and wanted to upsale me on higher packages. I had initially requested the " Personal Touch Package" and also two stage paint correction with ceramic coat on my new 2019 Mustang GT. After some debate I went ahead and agreed to also include a paint protection film to be installed on my car. The appointment time was for 10am and pickup scheduled for 5pm. I called an UBER and decided come back when finished. I came back to the shop at 4:45pm and called Cameron who didnt answer his phone. I askee an employee if he was here and he said to me to walk into the shop. When I walked in, that is when the unpleasant experience began. I was frequently talked down to and told the car wasnt ready yet. He said to me that they couldnt do the paint protection film because their machine broke and never called me to inform me about this. When I walked over to the car, I could clearly see it wasnt clean. Cameron was aggressive and rude in the interaction when I questioned the quality of the work. I had to spend two hours in addition pointing out all the mistakes and problems in the paint that a professional detailer should have resolved. A 5 hour job took 9 hours for them to do with problems and they rushed the process and didnt check the quality as they promised me in beginning. They left scuff marks from polisher and scratches on plastic panels. They had to wash the front bumper because there was still dirt and grime on it after I pointed it out. I missed my family dinner because I had stay and show them the problems they created. The car was actually damaged in some parts such as the window moldings, splitter, and interior panels from improper application and hand stains. I spent an additional hour cleaning the interior and wheels for areas that were dirty. I shouldnt have to do that. I questioned Cameron as to why after 7 hours my car wasnt done correctly. He was rude in his responses and honestly I expect better from someone that calls themselves a "professional detailer". I had every right to question the quality of the work when the job wasnt completed as agreed. I did pay for the work and I think I did part of the work also. Should never happen this way. Do I recommend this place? On the outside it seems they are legit and do good job, but in personal experience I would say NO. If you value your vehicle and dont take it to these guys becuase they really dont care. I had to get them to fix many areas that were described and noted on work order and still missed. In conclusion, I did not receive the service that that was promised at the agreed time and I had to spend 3 hours in total to pointing out issues and cleaning myself. read more
