Incredible work and incredible guys - don't waste your time or money with anyone else!!

Came an hour late! They told us the estimate will be $100-$150 for 1 bedroom apartment. When the guy came he said he should charge us $300 but because he was late he'll only charge us $150!! They did a water only cleaning without using any detergent and left a lot of stains without bothering to clean it. They took less than half an hour and said they couldn't clean all the stains because the pervious carpet cleansers used a lot of detergent and left it without rinsing it and that is the main problem!!. I would not recommend them to anyone, stay away from them. If there is zero start I would have chosen it. read more

We have been usins Personal Touch Carpet Cleaning for over three years and every single time they are excellent. They care about the customer, their customer service is phenomenal and they are very hard working people. Moshe is great. He took an area rug of ours to be washed at their shop and he called us saying it would take a little longer because after doing the cleaning he himself wasn't satisfied and wanted to clean it some more (at no extra charge to us!). Overall I was very pleased with the service from this company. On the first visit to give me a quote, Moshe called me to say that they were running a little late. I certainly appreciated the call. (Many times workmen give me a window of time for their arrival and then never bother to call when they are an hour or more late!) The day of the cleaning he also called to say he was running late -- with a very good excuse. He and his crew had been inundated with calls from people whose basements were flooded by the heavy rains. (And his OWN basement had been flooded, as well. Poor guy! But the essence of the work was great! The carpets (while not very dirty -- only in for about 15 months) looked like new! Very pleased. I would definitely recommend Moshe and his work. read more

The name of the company is 100% accurate as Moshe strives for perfection and gives all his clients excellent service. I have referred him to other friends and family and they all come back singing his praises. My friend Anna moved into my condo building on LSD and could not believe how clean Moshe was able to get her old carpet. Moshe removed carpet at my boyfriend's mother's home (she is 90 now) and was punctual and did an outstanding job. Now we don't have to worry that she'll trip on the carpet anymore. This past week Moshe came for the third time to my condo and did such an outstanding job my boyfriend said it looked like new carpeting and it does :) Several years ago I left the tap on in the bathroom and flooded my apartment hall area and bedroom as I was in my office working and forgot that i left the water on. I was leaving the next day for a business trip early.I called Moshe at 10:00 at night and he told me not to worry . The next day he came and when I got home he had pulled up the carpeting, brought in fans to dry everything and arranged for new matting to be put down. I can not say enough good things about how lucky I was to find this wonderful company. I had carpet and two upholstered living room chairs cleaned today. I did a lot of research and ultimately used who Home Carpet One (a great place itself!) recommended to me. The owner's name is Moshe (pronounced Moe-Sha). He arrived within the one-hour window he gave me when I scheduled and did an EXCELLENT job for a VERY fair price. All stains were lifted and then he reapplied the fabric protector to the chairs. He was in and out in an hour. He and his team were very gentle on the apartment too which I appreciated. High quality service. He also does rugs (in and out of the home depending on what you want done). I will now only use Personal Touch (Moshe) and will recommend him to all of my Chicago contacts. read more
