We have used Allen Carpet Service exclusively since discovering them 4 years ago. They are responsive, reliable, and always do an excellent job on our carpets and upholstery. They give terrific recommendations for how to keep things clean after their service, and one of my favorite things -- we hardly have to do anything before they arrive! They move what needs to be moved--kids toys, playmats, furniture. (I mean, we pick up the legos and dolls strewn around, but don't have to move big things) They are always courteous and professional. This long time family run business is excellent. We had a hvac company come in to do some duct cleaning and they soiled the brand new carpet in two rooms. Then they tried to clean it themselves and made it worse. I called Allen in hopes that they might be able to remove the stains that were left. They responded to my phone call in 2 hours, came to assess the job in 3 days, finished the job that day and charged a very fair price. And the stains in both rooms are completely gone. These guys are amazing. They cleaned our carpets and rugs in 2018 and did a fantastic job. We had numerous dog stains and they removed it to our liking. When they finished, it was like night and day. They say "Rome wasn't built in a day" but our carpets were cleaned in one. Then in 2019, they came out to clean again. What surprised me the most was when Wayne pulled out an index card, that told him the problem areas of the carpets and rugs. I was floored or should I say carpeted because of that. He spent more time and attention on those parts, and now are carpets and rugs look better than ever. If you need carpet or rug cleaning, I highly recommend.
