Both men were very courteous and respectful of my property, and made every effort to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. One thing that I appreciated is that they were not rushing to complete the job and leave, instead they were intent on learning how the floor registers were connected to to the trunk lines in order to do the best job. Another plus is that all of the vacuuming equipment was kept outside of the home to ensure none of the dust particles remembered the house. They have been working at our house for a few weeks and are very knowledgeable on water damage and mold issues. I would write a 0 star rating if I could. One of the owners came out to do a spot clean, which was…read moreprovided under warranty by our carpet contractor. He claimed to be a chemist and was certain that his background in chemistry would help lift the stain in my child's bedroom. It did not, and actually made the stain worse. I had asked him what he would do if the stain did not come out and he said he would come back. He did not. Instead he spoke to the carpet installer and made up a whole story about how he came out twice, and that he and his technician barely saw any stain and that we as the owners were essentially seeing things. He then went on to tell the contractor that the stain was vomit, even though during our discussion he specifically noted that our conversation was "off the record." But since he went ahead and told the contractor that the stain was vomit, our warranty was void. Its unfortunate not only because he made the stain worse, but more so because his behavior reveals a complete lack in integrity. Im sure most of these cleaning folks use the same chemicals and equipment, but I would say go with someone else - you dont want people like this in your home.
