Not only were they the most affordable, they also helped me figure out exactly what I wanted clean. Especially when they came over prior to cleaning to do a walk through, to make sure they took care of everything I needed. The walk through was very helpful because there were things I didn't even think of, that I realized I wanted done. They are a husband and wife duo and they both took care of everything I needed and more. The cleaning was excellent, he took his time to make sure everything was done proficiently. The level of hard work and detail is awesome. Not only did they thoroughly inspect the water damage, they documented all of the steps from their work. They have been working at our house for a few weeks and are very knowledgeable on water damage and mold issues. Chris was our first contact and he was very receptive to our needs, attentive, a great communicator and a true professional. My wife was asked if she was satisfied and she responded the house looked amazing that was until I returned home. . I had noticed that the bathrooms were not as cleaned as efficiently as they should have been and that there was still some countertops and tables that had not been dusted or wiped off. I was charged a considerable amount for their best services. When I called up to talk to the owner she defended her girls claiming that they worked their tails off and it was hard work. Isn't that why they are employed? I hope they worked hard. When I asked the owner for a partial refund? Her response was I'm not giving you anything back. Yes I had called 6 days after the services were completed because in the process of that 6 days I had it planned a party and had a limited time to make a phone call to express my dissatisfaction with the services. Regardless of the time frame the bathroom in question was off limits to my guest. The owner accussed me of being dishonest The owner did nothing but call me a liar and defend her staff even after sending her before and after pictures of her services. Instead of doing the right thing of refunding part of my money back I was told I was not getting a refund and there was nothing I could do . Had to pay half upfront ($350) to get the whole house cleaning appointment, then when the owner (professed not to be a cleaner) couldn't finish even a fourth of the house in a day, was forced to pay another $250 to "get the best cleaner we have" (the owner). Returned two days later and quite the job after two rooms and very below-average performance. Did not like us pointing out things he didn't do or did poorly and said there was "negative energy" in the house. Promised to refund $250 and we're still waiting. Will likely take this sham artist to court to try to get something back. Good luck getting ahold of them too -- they avoid phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.
