I called ServiceMaster Clean by Skip after I reviewed them online. I called and received a quote for 3 bedrooms, 1 office area and also to clean 2 fabric patterned chairs. I had just moved into our new home 2 weeks prior and found that the previous owner had a pet that left stains that needed to be removed. The quote was reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the service. When the Service tech finished cleaning the carpet in 3 bedrooms and the office area I could not be more pleased. He reviewed my chairs and was very honest about his finding that my chairs would require a dry cleaning method due to my chair fabric bleeding, so the cost of the chair cleaning was taken off my billing. I really appreciate his honesty; the Service tech was on time, very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. He also moved around furniture where necessary so that the rooms could be fully cleaned. I recently had to make a decision as to spending money I don't have and buy some new furniture or get two pieces cleaned. I went to Service Master as I used them for carpet cleaning before. We were in the process of moving to a new home and only had 3 weeks to pack and move. Of course we wanted the carpets cleaned before moving things in. With very short notice ServiceMaster Restoration and Cleaning by Skip arranged to have "Pete" come out and clean the carpets. Pete worked unbelievably hard, and in a couple of hours all of the rooms looked great. Skip brought a full crew, and they got our carpets cleaned, and tile and vinyl floors stripped and sealed, as appropriate, within the estimated times, and it all looks great. It was a tough job to strip wax from ceramic tile, and will need to be re-done in another year to get off remaining residue, but this was exactly what Skip and his people advised before the work commenced. We are very pleased, and look forward to having them come back to get the residual wax, and then seal the grout. read more

My carpets were a disaster! I bought this condo where I believe the carpets were never cleaned. Maleek worked on my carpets 3 1/2 hours. They look like brand new. He worked so hard and kept at it. I just can't tell you how much better they look. AND...the smell is so so so much better. He put in a deodorizer to help in the future so we won't have a return of the horrid smell. I have used them before and will continue to use them in the future. They are by far the best and worth every penny! read more

Service Master with Skip was amazing!! Scott and his team came out to my home after a small garage fire that left a lot of smoke/soot damage in the house and a wood floor damaged by water. They came to the house at 6:30 on a Saturday night to assess the water damage and brought in equipment to try out the floor. Skip scheduled my carpet cleaning when I needed it done. I was notified when the job before mine took longer than anticipated. He arrived as indicated and did a great job on the old carpet.
