Children under 3 were free and all children were to eat from the buffet which included chicken fingers, waffles, and French fries. All the food was tasty and was of decent quality. While the fed the children quickly, which is much appreciated, our food came out at the very end of the program. I needed to leave early because the baby needed a nap asap. If you're going to advertise WiFi, the bare minimum is making sure it actually functions. The cappuccino situation was the final straw. The machine wasn't turned on because a worker forgot. That's not a complicated issue--it's basic competence. For a place trying to pass itself off as polished and professional, this kind of oversight is unacceptable. Overall, despite the nice appearance, the experience just wasn't pleasant. The unappealing menu, mediocre food, broken guest WiFi, and careless service made it clear that this venue prioritizes looks over execution.
