I was amazed in how big this spot was inside. I was not expecting for this business to look so big inside. I was amazed that when I kept on walking down there was so many saunas. The prices are amazing as well. The manager there was very nice and explained everything to me. I highly recommend going there.

What an awesome experience!! Nothing like sweating it out in the winter time. My skin felt amazing after being in the sauna for 40 minutes at 135 degrees. The booths are totally private-equipped with speakers to a big screen TV! The TVs have all the bells and whistles connected to all your favorite streaming services to watch your favorite TV shows while you sweat it out or there are plenty of relaxing meditation videos to zen out. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly! The saunas themselves are controlled within so you can be totally manage the heat and the lights. The infrared red lights were super healing. The best part? The chilled eucalyptus towels-super refreshing and cooling. My skin felt so smooth and I really felt so amazing afterwards!! 10/10 would recommend this!! Insta: @thehungrysw

I really wanted to get into the Yelp Elite here this week but I want able to , I was so disappointed because it was one of the few events near me . But I decided to go on my own and I'm really happy I did. The young man at the desk was very friendly and very helpful. He went over the entire process and explained everything I needed to know . The sauna itself is AMAZING! I have fibromyalgia and in the winter I always have worse pain. This helped me so much. I am one of those people who never stops stressing and worrying I actually turned it up to 160 and feel asleep ! I just felt so relaxed in the heat with the lights going and I had put on a island themed show on the tv and I just drifted off! The only down side is it's hard to get an appointment. I purchased a 4 times a month package and wish I would have been told first how fast the appointments go. I probably won't keep doing the membership because of the time restrictions on me . I can't really "plan" in my life right now. I made the four appointments out longer than I would have liked but at least I got something. I would definitely suggest giving this place a try if you just need some time for you to decompress!

Great sauna with very nice staff. Easy to schedule online. I was never a sauna person until I tried Perspire. It is a nice way to get in some relaxation and self-care without breaking the bank. You can zen out with background music and calming images on the TV or catch up on Ted Lasso on apple TV! Give them a try!

It's good. Give them a try. This is the only location in Bergen County, so the rooms fill up fast. Make your reservations in advance via the app.

Came here for the first time to check it out. The facility is very modern and clean. Each person gets their own private room with sauna and tv which I loved along with a face towel and body towel. You get a 40 minute session and can control the light and heat. No one rushes you out and you can get ready and come out. It was so relaxing and my whole body still feels warm after an hour. After there is a refreshing eucalyptus towel for your face.

Sauna room and premium streaming entertainment.

Perspire is a great place to get 40 minutes of uninterrupted "me" time to either relax and meditate or stream a game or show while detoxing too many drinks from the night before. I also go to recovering from a tough workout or jiujitsu training. I enjoy the passive aerobic that gets my heart rate pumping and the 200+ calories I burn while sweating and watching TV in the 160 degree sauna! Extremely clean place and awesome staff. I love the private sauna suites and that I can adjust the temperature as needed. Also, they sell an amazing organic juice called Mermaid Lemonade and a boss tonic shot for a quick healthy pick me up! Highly recommend!

~Best Day Spa in NJ~…read more No other spa in the Tri-State offers the services, amenities, hospitality, and atmosphere that BRC Day Spa does. Highly recommend if you enjoy or want to try a true Russian banya experience. This spa is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, the vibes are friendly, very relaxed. I am in love with this place, and plan to come on a regular basis! It's really that awesome! The service and hospitality are wonderful. Upon arrival, you will check in at the front desk. If you have forgotten your swimsuit, robe, slippers for the pool. BRC spa has men's swim shorts to rent and female suits for purchase to whomever may need one. Which is an excellent service. Love that they have slippers for the entire spa experience. Really appreciate, towels and slippers are provided with the admission cost. Robes can be rented from the front desk for customer convenience, if you don't want to bring your own. I prefer to rent theirs, the robes are very nice. Admission grants access to the facility's aroma, wet, and dry saunas, steam room, ice cold plunge, lap pool, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and the mud/scrub room. WiFi is free and available throughout the entire spa. The spa features a lovely cafe that prepares healthy meals, fruit bowls, that has a bar wherein alcoholic beverages can be ordered. The spa has other amazing add on's that are extra which include cryotherapy, salt room, float pod, massage therapy, and a VIP room. Highly recommend cryotherapy if you have any inflammation in your body. Cryotherapy is a game changer. Excited to try the float pod, cryotherapy, infrared sauna,on my next visit. As well as the salt room eventually. My overall favorite feature of the spa was the ice cold plunge. It was truly an amazing experience, that gave me immediate benefits. Never thought I could ever do an ice cold plunge especially when the weather outside is already very frigid. Thanks to other members sharing their experience. I built up the courage to the plunge. It was an awesome, euphoric, pain relieving experience. I will be taking the ice cold plunge or ice baths on a daily or weekly basis for the amazing health benefits. My other favorites were the regulars that visit the spa frequently. They were absolutely the best, and I enjoyed each and every patron I encountered. This place is pure positive bliss. When I left this spa all of my body aches, muscle tension, chronic pain, and stress were gone. If you fly into Teterboro, visit Meadowlands, the NJ/NYC area, this is THE BEST SPA IN THE TRI STATE! Thank me later...

I was really excited to visit King Spa in Palisades Park while I was in the tri-state area. I had…read morebeen to the King Spa in Niles, IL several times and absolutely loved it, so I was expecting a similar relaxing experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely disappointed and more stressed than relaxed. I went on a Monday morning hoping to avoid crowds and have a peaceful day. Things started off on the wrong foot almost immediately. While I was simply checking the size of the uniform, holding it up to see if there was a difference in the width, an employee came over and snatched the second pair out of my hand as if I was trying to take something I shouldn't have. It was not a great way to start when I had barely gotten in the door. Next, the layout was also really confusing. The spa is spread across multiple floors with different sections and stairways, but no one explained where anything was or how to navigate the space. I spent a lot of time in the morning trying to figure out where I was and it felt like I was nosing around someone else's house: uncomfortable. The biggest issue, though, was communication. A woman in the locker room offered my niece and me a deal for two massages for $140 ($70 each) and asked me to send the money through Zelle. I sent $170, including what I thought was a generous tip of over 20%. She arranged the appointment, but I didn't confirm what type of massage I wanted. I foolishly assumed they would ask before starting. We had lunch beforehand - the food was delicious and the portion was huge. Unfortunately, they don't offer to-go boxes, so I needed to reschedule our massages in order to finish my meal. Before even finishing my meal, I went to the massage counter to see if we reschedule our appointments. A younger patron helped translate at the massage desk, but she needed my time slot and took it for herself. She told me the woman would help me reschedule and then left. When I tried to figure out my new time, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I was given time without being asked if it worked for me, and when I asked about other options, I was told there were none. I would have cancelled but had already paid, so I took the L. When it was finally time for the massage, we were taken back without anyone asking what type of massage we wanted. I realized my mistake because it was a much more intense massage style and is not my preference. At that point though, after so many rushed and uncomfortable interactions, I honestly didn't feel comfortable advocating for myself to tell them I wanted reflexology. The final issue happened while I was changing before leaving. The same woman who arranged the massage came over and told me I hadn't paid enough tip. I was confused because... it was a tip. She told me I owed another $20 and (to add insult to injury) that I couldn't get my license back from the front desk until I paid. That brought the tip to over 35% on a service I didn't choose and didn't enjoy. I came to King Spa looking for rest and relaxation, but instead left feeling like I had spent my hard-earned money somewhere that never quite felt comfortable and certainly not welcomed.

We spent about 5 hours here on this trip, but I definitely could have stayed longer. There is a parking lot a block or two down the street, as a treat parking is limited. I definitely would recommend visiting and will continue to return!
