Doctor Pesh and his staff are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond for their patients, always remember us and are so personable and kind. He explains every part of the process and uses new and innovative technology for treatments. I first brought my son in for braces in 2019 and we were amazed with the level of treatment they give. Dr. Pesh was still with the previous practice at that point before he started his own, so sometimes the main office would schedule my son with the other orthos and staff. When he started his own practice we followed him there due to him and team's exceptional quality and care given. My son had amazing results and could not be happier! My daughter has anxiety and is incredibly shy, so we waited a year before we brought her in for her phase 1. During that time my son had his treatment, they suggested we bring her along and they showed her everything they were doing to make her more comfortable before her treatment began. When it came time for her treatment, he recommended doing Invisalign instead of traditional braces for her for comfortability so it would be an easier process for her given her anxiety and hesitation. It was absolutely LIFE CHANGING for her to be able to have her crowded teeth become straight with Invisalign since it is minimally invasive, and her confidence level completely changed, and she became so comfortable in their office. She is just now starting her Phase 2 and she will be doing Invisalign again. Dr. Pesh listens and accommodates to her specific needs as a patient who would not have been able to get traditional braces due to her anxiety. She is so comfortable when we are in their office, they are so patient and kind with her and they go absolutely above and beyond. They are honest about what each patient needs and I know I can 100% trust their judgment and knowledge and I know my children are in good hands. No Integrity here! In March 2021, my daughter was contacted by Dr. Pesh's office to come in per Dr. Pesh and retake her photos as the current ones weren't visibly clear. She is a "Miles of Smiles" patient and thought nothing of going to the Murietta office to do so. However, during the initial examination, no pictures were taken and the pictures on display were visibly clear! He noted one tooth had moved , aligned the tooth and discussed a possibility of a permanent retainer. An appt was made for 3 weeks later. However, it was during this 2nd visit that the staff started to confuse her with another patient with the same name. This confusion would later be expressed with inaccurate information being indicated and misquoted on my daughters file. My daughter was quoted as saying she was unhappy with her lower teeth. She never said such a thing. Her braces were removed a few months prior by Dr. Jergensen and she was extremely happy with the results. The 3rd and the last visit were alarming. These visits were all about money. By this time he (Dr Pesh) noted that the tooth was still moving and the permanent retainer was no longer an option . He said being she was unhappy with her lower teeth ( again she never said that- maybe they were confusing her with the other same name patient???) she had two options: Invisalign-which would be perfect since they were currently having a promotion with 50% off making it $1200 . Or she could get the braces ( lower teeth only) for the full price! (Keep in mind she had the braces removed 5 months prior ), my daughter let Crystal know she would need to discuss this with us first. I immediately called Crystal to discuss the two options given and expressed my concerns. I asked her why he eliminated the permanent retainer and why would we have to pay money again for braces after we had previously paid thousands of dollars initially? She said she would speak to Dr. Pesh and return my call the next day. She never returned the call back as she indicated she would. Fortunately for us, I called Miles of Smiles and explained to the Office Mgr what had occurred. I explained to her that we went under the pretense of taking pictures and assumed it was Miles of Smiles needing the updating. It was then that I was informed that Dr Pesh wasn't affiliated with Miles of Smiles any longer. My daughter was immediately seen by Dr. Jergensen and within an hour the one tooth was aligned and hasn't moved since! When Miles of Smiles contacted Dr. Pesh as to how he contacted my daughter or obtained her information, he lied and said my daughter just showed up to his office. Yet his office left a voicemail requesting her visit which was the msg they initially said she needed to go in and retake her pictures . That was the ploy they used to get her in to see Dr. Pesh. Long story short, my daughter's tooth still hasn't moved and we were told via Miles of Smiles that all her care is covered from the initial fees we paid in full when she got her braces . read more

I went to Miles of Smiles in Murrieta to get a replacement retainer and literally every employee I came into contact with (which was at least 5 different people throughout my visits) were sooo nice, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Pesh was also extremely nice and polite and I just don't have anything bad to say about my experience here. Jennifer was especially helpful in fitting my retainer on my second visit. The employees seemed to really enjoy their jobs and had fun while working. It was such a great, clean environment. I will never go back to another ortho! This place is seriously amazing! I can't begin to explain how amazing this orthodontics place is. Starting from all of the caring and amazing people who work there all the way to the cleanliness of everything in all of the offices. I had braces for two and a half years which is a whole half a year longer than anticipated, but having the privilege to talk to and get to know all of the staff members made getting my wires tightened not such a bad thing. Every time I went into the office for an appointment everyone was ready to go. They were never late and almost every time they took me in earlier than the scheduled time. I believe it is very important to be punctual for your appointments and I can tell the workers know that your time matters to you so they don't waste it. Every time you go to the office there's bright smiles all around from all of the staff. They help you get checked in and shortly after you go back. One of Dr. Pesh's assistants then takes off your rubber bands and shortly after Dr. Pesh arrives to tell you how everything is going on with your teeth. As long as you do what is instructed you get to move onto the next step. He then moves a few things around nothing ever hurts, no pain, very smooth process. You can definitely tell he knows what he's doing. After he finishes one of his assistants comes back to put back on your rubber bands. You then go back to the front desk with very nice ladies to schedule your next visit. Even though I'm glad to have my braces off I'm going to miss going to the orthodontist every month. read more
