They were pushy, intrusive, and did not respect boundaries once on the property. Their approach felt aggressive rather than professional, and I was made uncomfortable by how forceful they were about access and services. This company does not respect customers, does not communicate honestly, and creates more frustration than solutions. I had to hunt down the gentleman we signed the contract with, who in turn had to hunt down the manager. After all that was sorted out, the manager never came on site as we were told to inspect the work. Since that day, we have reached out several times to get someone from the team to come out and inspect the work no one has reponseded, including the manager Gavin.
