    Over promised on service and no where near what is expected of pest removal. Worst than last servicer that we were not satisfied with.

    My lawn got worse over the winter, we never saw the guy but once, gave up after 6 months. Weeds and bugs flourished.

    So update: 2 managers and a tech came to finish the job. I own a 3b 2 bath, house and they charged…read moreme $1100 for the wire to close all opening for the rodents; minus garage door. Traps set and 'supposed' to be checked weekly, and then a smoking/fogging of cleaning chemicals to clean where the mice were in the attic. Manager now maintains the traps and such, and installed a webcam to "watch" where the mice are coming from. Granted at this point the issue has resolved itself, but $1100 is steep. Also going into week 2 of no call or text once again. I understand you're a manager and such, but don't promise something you can't deliver on. If I wanted to babysit this project on the service aspect I'd refund half the cost due to the customer neglect. Truly Nolan do better or the competition is gonna win.

From the moment he arrived, Dan was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions with patience, and treated our home with care and respect. Not only did the service resolve our ant issue, but Dan also gave us helpful tips to prevent future problems. It's rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and makes you feel like your home matters. Truly Nolen is lucky to have him on their team! Highly recommend both the company and especially Daniel Wilder. Great service all around.

    Initially, Brothers was doing and outstanding job. The original techs had plenty of knowledge and…read moremy lawn went from good to excellent. Then, after three years, it started going downhill from there. The techs were promoted to managerial positions. Unfortunately, when they were promoted, it caused a void of knowledge and experience with the techs who replaced them. I had a few spots in my lawn that were dead or yellowing for the past 10 months. When I addressed the issues with the new techs thinking it was chinch bugs or other pests, I was told they would spray but it was all for naught. The spots never recovered. In fact, they multiplied. I called multiple times requesting someone call me so we could address the issues, but a callback was never initiated. ​I had my fill after the most recent service call when the tech said to me the lawn was actually becoming green again. It was, due to crabgrass and wild grass filling the void, not st Augustine that I have. I called this past Thursday in the morning requesting specifically one of the managers to call me. I had not received a call when I called at 10:00 on Friday, so I decided to cancel my service. I found out on Friday that Brothers was purchased by a larger company a year ago, coincidentally when the quality of service diminished. I also noticed on their website they're still touting themselves as family owned. Unfortunately, this claim is tarnishing the reputation of a family that worked hard to gain the reputation and recognition this once great company achieved.
