I wanted to leave a review for Matt and Devon my lawn techs. I rarely run into these guys but when I do they are very cordial and knowledgeable about my Pro-Vista St. Augustine Lawn. I walked the lawn with them as they spot treated for weeds. They knew every weed and grass that was in my yard and educated me on their plan to rid these things! I love their communication, they text the day of the treatment, they avoid or move my dog's toys and always leave a sign that our lawn has been treated. I highly suggest giving this company and their team a chance to make your lawn look beautiful. I am constantly getting compliments which I owe to them! read more

For 2 years they have been telling us that our grass will "grow back in"... we finally had enough and asked that they replace the grass. Their idea of replacing grass was to plop the sod right on top of the old grass and weeds. My lawn guy couldn't mow because the sod was literally 5 inches higher than the rest of my grass. When we contacted then about this, the reply was that they will just part ways. So I paid them for several years to do a job that they failed at and they refuse to make it right. read more

Can I give Edgar and Hunter 6 stars for their service and results. It is amazing what they remember/know about my lawn and how each visit is customized to what I need. I also appreciate the advice they give me as to watering and raking to help me help them get the results I want. I have been a customer, with monthly service, with this Company for years. Robert was our technician. Weeds took over the yard and these guys couldn't control them??? this month, March of 2024, he drove up to the house, stopped, looked at the mess it was in and just drove away without servicing it. We have to remind them to come out and service our lawn and several calls are needed before they finally come out. I feel like they are not properly managing the backyard and sides of our home as we will have a weed village thriving. Will give them another two months or so before moving on. read more

I give Consolidated Pest Control's lawn consultant DJ a five star rating all across the board. She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and she's like the lawn EMT! My lawn was literally dying and she brought it back to life! I sent her pics of my lawn and asked her questions and she comes emergently and gives the lawn TLC. I thought I would need to resod. We were customers of Consolidated Pest Company for years at our home in Valrico. We were totally satisfied with their service until we arrived at our new home in Wimauma in October 2022 to a dead lawn (we are snowbirds). When we left in May 2022 our yard was newly resoded in April & established. We continued with Consolidated Pest because we knew that our lawn would need extra care during the summer months. Now our lawn is dead & needs to b completely replaced. Our HOA representative said it was the "worst in the neighborhood" & we paid $346 from May -September. After numerous discussions with employees at this company the best they have to offer is " we are sorry". There were numerous reasons for our lawn issues suggested including lack of water (our snowbird neighbors had the same amount of water preset by the HOA & their lawns are not dead) & our lawn need extra help because of the soil (that's why we hired Consolidated Pest!). Obviously, this company has no allegiance to their former customers & does not stand behind their services because we were offered nothing other than an apology. I did give them one star because they formerly were a reliable & responsible company however, I definitely would not recommend hiring them now. . read more

The $65 aint worth it. Day 1 living in Plant City I had Consolidated Pest Control come out to treat the exterior of my house for bugs/insects and address a rodent infestation in the attic (had to replace insulation/ducting due to rodent damage). They charged $85 for a "rodent inspection" which I paid at the time of service along with the exterior spray. They poisoned the rodents, a bunch of which died in the attic causing an unbearable decomposition odor (literally had to move my family out). When the monthly bait station bill came due I asked about the inspection report so I could address the rodent access points. After 2 months of phone tag, I finally spoke with the owner today (once again at my request) and his first words were argumentative, petty and unprofessional. I'm just trying to understand 'what I got' for the inspection so I could address rodent access points but all he wants to do is argue with me...this after I told him I want to continue business and just want to address the rodent access issue since I never received an inspection report. Anyway, I can't do business with someone that petty and decided to move on. read more
