They often seem frazzled - perhaps because there's often one person covering the whole floor. Customer service suffers as a consequence. They also have to seriously update their hours of operation on their website. Think you can drop in for a lunch buffet on Saturday, since you saw they're open on their website? Nope - they're closed! A server told me this is stated on their takeout menus, but... what if I don't have one, because I've never received one? What about an out of town visitor who's never even been?
