Had a wonderful experience bringing in my baby Jewel for a bath and nail trim. She came back to us with her nails trimmed perfectly, smelling great with very smooth and clean fur. The only downside is the website shows that CAT baths are $35. When I got her back they charged me $75, when I asked why it was $40 extra they said that cats are more expensive as they are harder to work on. That is completely understandable, but that needs to be stated on the website when booking an appointment otherwise people are booking appointments under false pretenses. dishonest pricing on website needs to be fixed or clarified that cats are double the price. read more

Max has been grooming my dogs for over 25 years and is outstanding and a true professional. I have used the other groomers when Max was unavailable and they also did excellent professional grooming work. When they bathe my dogs they always come home with shiny soft fur. If I could give them no stars I would. If you love your pet do not bring them here. They cut my pups face (he did have dried blood) and took zero responsibility. The owner tried to say it was a skin condition and there was no hair there. I showed her before grooming pictures which he never had a cut or a bald spot and afterwards she blocked me but now after one week his hair grew back. Terrible owner, terrible groomers, and employees. If you love your pet DO NOT go here. They don't care about your animal or you. They over charge for a crappy service then if they hurt your pet they lie and block you. Give your hard earned money to someone else. By the way my baby is 10lbs and they charge me $75. Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for a bath only. I specifically asked for them not to shave my dog's nose and groin area. Well they did not listen and they shaved my dogs nose and left him with several cuts. They also shaved his groin area and left his skin raw. He cried for days and kept licking it so much it caused an infection. I had to take him to the vet, he's on antibiotics and a special ointment as well as a cone around his neck for 5-7 days. I reached out on March 26 to get a mobile grooming service for my golden. I had used them in the past and they came highly recommended prior. When I first called , I was told they do not service anything 15 miles or more from their building. My address was 14 miles so they agreed that it could be done. I received a text from Crystal stating that I was on the waitlist and that she had a few other clients in my area and that she could get me in the next week. That never happened. I reached out and she thanked me for texting her bc she lost my contact info. That was on April 4. She said that she could squeeze me in the next week. I never understood why they were squeezing me in and couldn't just put me on the schedule. But whatever.. not my company. I never heard back. It's been a month now and I'm gonna say it's safe to assume I'll never be getting "squeezed" in. If they couldn't do it , I would shave preferred being told that upfront. read more

First I like to say, the front desk staff is very friendly and I have been very happy with my dog's previous visits. However, on my last visit my dog's cut was unnecessarily short. When I left my dog I was able to run my fingers through is fur. I told the staff he may have a few mats but I never have problems brushing them out. They call and let me know the person cutting his fur didn't want to cause pain so I gave permission to cut the matted pieces. When I pick up my dog he was completely clipped and it was not evenly done. Even his eyebrows were clipped-did he have mats in his eyebrows? No, he didn't. I was charged $89 for a clip with no style whatsoever. So I'm very disappointed. I know his fur will grow back, but I will never go back to this establishment. read more

We had a positive experience for our first groom here. He is a 55lbs Australian Shepherd. Our pup seemed happy and was well taken care of. I was disappointed they wouldn't give me a price ahead of time and ended up paying $70 for a service that starts at $35, annoying but not terrible. However, we took him back today and paid for the full body bath and trim. We specified that we only wanted him *trimmed*. He is an Australian shepherd and not meant to be shaved. When we picked our boy up, he had been shaved and doesn't even resemble an Australian shepherd. I am disappointed that the groomers don't know their breeds well enough to know how to care for them. The service I chose started at $70 but we paid $120 for them to not even listen to our request and do nothing to remedy the situation. read more

I've been utilizing Pet Bath & Beyond grooming services for about seven years now. I've tried other groomers in the past and this business is just different in a great way. If I have a question or a concern, the staff particularly Alma, Ruben, and Mariah are genuinely caring and attentive, accommodating, and willing to help out in any way possible. The facility is clean and smells pleasant inside. I am greeted with a smile and feel welcome. If I'm running late picking up my standard poodles, it's no problem and no extra charge. My dogs get a basic lamb poodle cut. The groomers do a great job and my dogs are used to them. Max, Karen and Sora I believe are their names. Max has been taking care of Paris since we started coming in 2018. We plan to start utilizing their mobile services since it is more convenient with handling all 3 standard poodles (Paris, Niki, and Banana) in one day and to avoid interior damage to a new car.
