From our very first consultation, Chandler stood out. He didn't rush us or make me feel like we were on a time limit. He immediately took Xena's leash, spent time getting to know her, worked with her, and really paid attention to who she was. Within minutes, he had earned her trust. What really impressed me was his attention to detail--he noticed something on her that I had assumed was just a bump. He pulled out his flashlight, took a closer look, and realized it was actually a tick. Thanks to him, I was able to get her to the vet and have it taken care of right away. That level of care told me everything I needed to know. Throughout her three-week board and train, Robert worked closely with Xena, and both he and Chandler were always responsive whenever I reached out. I loved receiving her report cards and progress updates, and seeing videos of her playing and learning on their social media made being apart from her a little easier. One thing I especially appreciated was that they didn't just train Xena--they taught me how to continue building on everything she was learning. The weekly training sessions while she was there gave me the confidence to work with her, and her graduation day was the perfect opportunity to put everything into practice in a real-world environment around people, dogs, food, and distractions. Xena came home with a great foundation, and I came home with the knowledge and confidence to continue building on it. Thank you, Chandler and Robert, for taking such great care of my girl.
