Love this place when I have to board my 4 pups. Check in is easy and I like that I can get the suite for them all to stay together. Plus they have option for open play or not if you have senior or small pups that probably shouldn't be with the larger more playful pups. read more

Do NOT use Bark N Lounge in Keller for pet boarding! I was in a tight spot and limited on who would take our dogs prior to vacation because our puppy was 2 days shy of 4 months old. I've used 3 other boarding facilities over the years and never had a problem until this one. When we picked up our dogs, they both reeked of pee. Even the girl behind the desk warned us they smelled. She seemed a bit embaressed. I get the puppy, but still her white fur was yellow and sticky. That's a bit much. Our older dog, Paisley, can hold it for up to 10 hours and she too smelled like pee. What does that tell you?! They did offer to bathe them before we left on our vacation and we turned it down because this had never been an issue at the other 3 facilities we've used. They are so happy to be home! My sister warned me but since I was limited, I took a chance. Don't send your fur babies there!!! I gave 2 stars only because the price was reasonable and they seem to be healthy. Honestly, probably too generous! read more

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the care my dog was provided in the her 5 day stay. Coco's skin was very irritated, her paws were also pretty red. Her fur was crunchy and she smelled TERRIBLE. When I asked the owner why Coco was in that condition, she gave me her CYA answered 'I did what the pet agreement' specifies. I responded: 'You let my dog deteriorate per your pet agreement instead of calling me to let me know she was not doing well? I will have to take her to the doctor so she can get better and spend money I shouldn't be. The owner didn't even offer to help. I do not recommend this place. If you love your pet, DO NOT take it to Bark and lounge. read more

Great place and people, my dog loves it there... BUT he was there for about 3 weeks in between daycare and a week of boarding and got a bad case of ringworm, going to the vet tomorrow morning so there's another cost associated. Update, he is VERY sick but he's on 3 different types of medication now, nice people but be wary of the facilities sanitation practices. read more

The staff is super friendly and remembered us after only one visit. The dogs are always happy when we pick them up and don't want to leave. I wish I had gone to Yelp first before boarding. I'm appalled at the reviews I just read from other people. I boarded with BNL before, but my dog seemed like he couldn't wait to leave the place when we got him back. I wish he could tell me what happened. Aside from that, sometimes the receptionist at the desk isn't friendly. The first person I interacted with was nice though, but she isn't always there. They're also not very happy to pick up the phone when you're calling to check on your dog. We found a better place close by that our dog likes better, has friendlier staff, and keeps you updated on how your dog is doing. read more

Not much better than boarding your dog at the vet. I made the reservation for our Catahoula about a month in advance with BNL. We were going out of town for a week and wanted our dog to have a fun time with other dogs full of playing. The reservation process was easy, and we got a login to put in our dog's information. BNL emailed about a week before the stay for shot records and the process was also easy. The issue began upon check-in. We brought our dog in about three hours before our flight and I immediately noticed the STRONG smell of ....eucalyptus? I'm not entirely sure WHAT the smell was, but it was so strong that it gave me a headache. The receptionist was less than helpful, checking us in then just...taking our dog? He did not say anything and we were left there standing in the lobby, expecting him to return. We left for our trip. The camera setup is okay, but that's about it. There are no cameras in the rooms, just the common areas. We could not see if our dog was sleeping well, and could only see her when she was in the common area running around in circles. This was the same for about 5 days. Upon pickup it seemed as if they washed her but she did not smell clean. Maybe they had washed her on one of the other days? This seemed odd because the receptionist had asked us around what time we were picking our dog up. When we brought our dog home we noticed that she wasn't eating as she used to. She is now picking at her food and I believe this is because she was given too many treats. I am currently in the process of calling the company but am getting no response. We will not be using BNL in the future. read more

I hate to post this negative review because we used to like this place. We have used Bark N Lounge for the past 4 years and never had any problems until yesterday. We got a confirmation email saying the pickup hours on Sunday were between 3-4:30 pm so I arrived a little after 4 and picked him up. The front door has clear hours on Sunday from 3-4:30 as well. I paid what I assumed was the proper amount my wife had agreed to in the reservation and returned home. She noticed we were overcharged and upon calling a late fee had been added. The employee on the phone said it was because he had been picked up late, so my wife asked to speak to the manager and In turn sent an email for him to call her back which he did. The manger said there is a policy that if he was picked up at the "end of the pickup time", but still within the posted time, there is a late fee. This was not on the email we received or with the front door hours. He said it was posted inside but if so it was not made clear as I did not see it the minute or two I was inside. Also the employe made no mention of the late fee when charging. The money wasn't a problem but we would like to have known about a policy before hand as I would have arrived 10 minutes earlier. The real issue here is the manager became aggressive and rude with my wife over the phone even saying "I hate people like you" before yelling "Jesus Christ" and hanging up. This is not a way to run a business and I will be taking mine elsewhere and would recommend others to as well unless they like to be treated in a similar fashion over something that could have been minor disagreement. Customer service is nonexistent there maybe the owner will work on that. This was my first time using Bark n Lounge and I was please with their facility. The facility was clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about my dogs. While dropping off there were many repeat customers dropping their dogs off which was a good sign. My dogs, with a combined weight of 190 pounds, were able to stay together in a larger room for the 2 nights they were kenneled. They also seemed to enjoy the doggy daycare which is fantastic news for my 7 month old, high energy puppy. I will definitely use this location the next time my dogs need a night away. read more

Wow. What a disappointment. I will never board our Dogs Bark N Lounge Pet Resort again after the ownership change. We had one of our dogs Chloe boarded there from 11/20/19-11/27/19 - even booked her a suite to minimize interaction with other dogs. We come home and picked her up and a day later had to take her to the emergency vet because she was vomiting. 3 Vet visits later in the span of a week and over $1,100 spent on the vet to get her better (she's still not) and Bark N Lounge Pet Resort wants to claim zero responsibility for not having a clean facility and getting her sick. They showed zero concern and zero level of customer care in the process. If you love your pets don't consider boarding them here. It's not the same place it used to be. read more

Just left my baby Rue there for 4 nights - this was our first stay but we will be back. Rue is a very active labradoodle so the long play time was very important to us. It was nice to know she was out running around & not stuck in some kennel all day! The cameras were the best!! Horrible trashy place. Poor customer service. They put small dogs with big dogs. Bad service and instead of helping and being understanding and proving service they make excuses. beware. Pay an extra $10 a night to take them some place with more concern for animals and their customers. if you like this place it's more than likely you haven't had your dog at a place that actually does a good job and cares. a large Doberman was put with a small 8 pound senior dog which almost got trampled. My family and I went on vacation. We took our puppies based on the reviews. When I picked them up they had fleas and had inflamed red bumps, intense itching and irritation. Took my puppies to the Vet right after I picked them and they were positive with Staphylococcus bacteria and Sarcopitc Mange, that explains loss of hair. My puppies are my babies. I am not happy to what happened to them. Of course after I mention it to them they blame my puppies. Un satisfied customer. Will not take them there again. I don't board my dog often but when I do, I choose Bark N Lounge! This place is awesome. I have a four year old German Shepherd who gets separation anxiety when I go out of town but it seems like she is happy and tired out whenever I pick her up after her stay. The staff is very nice and I like how they actually make all of the customers stay up to date with vaccinations. I've been to quite a few places that check vaccinations up front but then never ask again. All in all, I think this is the best place in the Fort Worth area if you are looking for a place to care for your dog while you are away! read more

Hands down the best place to board your dog!!! My pup is truly family and having to go on vacation without him breaks my heart. I've tried two other boarding places before I found Bark N Lounge and they did not come close to the amazing experience I and Lincoln had with them. Lincoln stayed there for 8 days and having the ability to watch him on an app and being able to see just how much fun he was having with all the other dogs, made leaving him so much easier. It gave me such peace of mind which I needed considering he is typically attached at my hip. It was great he was able to join the dogs there for daycare! I swear he came back 5lb lighter due to all the play time he had with the dogs. There's no paying for "extra" time out of a kennel or crate, which I found odd having do at another boarding place. He also had a bath on his last day there and it's been a week since I picked him up.....he is still smelling so amazing! Staff was friendly and welcoming to all questions I had. They let me take a tour of the place and honored a groupon price I didn't see until later (however felt they should've told me about it initially) I liked that they had webcams in all the playrooms. When picking up my dogs they smelt horrible! There was throw up and poop smashed on-top of their bed and one of the dogs threw up some yellow mucus stuff when he got home. Overpriced. had to go out of town last moment, dropped off a Chihuahua on Sat. to pick up Monday, the quoted price was $32 /day and I was charged $42 per day. Ridiculous. When I inquired about the price I was told it was for late pick up. I was there at noon and no one was there, apparently they are gone for 2 hours when most people have a lunch break. My 7 month old yellow lab stayed at Bark'N Lounge for 9 nights. My concern began as soon as I picked him up and saw blood all over his bottom and right leg. I had been told at pick up that he had a small blood clot in his stool right after his bath. The amount of blood it took to cover this much of his body is more than a small blood clot. When they brought him out he seemed to be very subdued and kept nervously looking over his shoulder at the employee. On the way home I called my vet to schedule an appointment. My concern grew when I was giving him a bath, within an hour of pick up, and saw that he had rashes and major loss of hair all over his body. Throughout his bath, he was shaking and cowering, which had never happened before. After his bath, I began putting away the things that I had dropped off with him and noticed that there was a lot of leftover food. There should not have been nearly as much food leftover. When I took him to the vet my worries were confirmed when he weighed 6 lbs less than when I had dropped him off. The vet said that my pup had a severe allergic reaction, a fungal infection, and a possible bowel blockage. During his stay, I was never contacted and told about any positives or negatives. I was not sent pictures and now I know why. read more

We have used BNL for the past 5 years. Our dog has always been well taken care of and the staff seems to genuinely care about all of the dogs in their care. The only complaint I have is that at times there seems to be too many dogs at one time and it makes it difficult on the staff to stay on top of keeping the indoor play area as clean as it should be for the amount of dogs in their care. The prices are reasonable. They make sure each dog has up to date vaccinations before allowing them to board no matter if it is the dogs first or 101st time to board. Usually they would let me know in plenty of time before boarding if my pup would need a vaccination while in their care. If they could clean up the dog hair more often when they have a large amount of dogs, I would give it 5 stars! :) read more

Last week we left our sweet dog Missylou at Bark N Lounge. When we picked her up the next day she was filthy and had dried urine and dirt all over her. Her eyes were bloodshot and she was severely dehydrated. We will never take her there again. read more

I called at 5pm (talked to Dawn) asking how this worked, what all was needed to have my pet stay and more. They were super nice on the phone and answered all my question with such possitive attitude. Anyways, I was able to drop off my pup the next morning! When I walked in, the staff memeber knew how I was before introducing myself. I thought this was Dawn, but it was not. Their staff talks to each other and gave each other a heads up that I was coming in, who I was, my pups name and why i was dropping off my pup. I walked around the facility and was suprised how it was set up. I knew right then my pup was going to be in good hands! Safety is their first concern. When i walked in, they took my dogs collar off and said it's a hazard as she could chock if the other dogs grab her by the collar or if she gets hung on something. I had the option to leave her over night if anything ever came up....which is really good for me and it's at a great price. My pup will be coming here every week. read more

Rarely do I ever post reviews or bash businesses on social media, but everyone needs to be warned. Very unhappy with our recent experience at Bark N Lounge Pet Resort. While we trusted them with our pet's care, and would expect there to be communication regarding any issues, that is the complete opposite of what we got. Our pet is on a strict diet due to severe allergies. Her food was sent with her and measured for the duration of her stay. More than 3/4 of it came home with her. After coming home and finding her behavior was different (she's cowardly, scared, lethargic, and having tummy issues), we called. Upon calling for the second time (after the first phone call ended so terribly), we found out they attempted to change her to Pumpkin without consulting us. It was never mentioned at pickup that she was having eating problems or had been offered different food. And now she just had to go to the vet because she is vomiting and having diarrhea several days (4 to be exact) after coming home, where i learned she lost 1.5 pounds. These are just a FEW of the issues we had and none were ever communicated to us. And most concerning to us, her behavior is different. She is scared, skittish, and acts extremely nervous even around her immediate family. They are rude, seem like they don't care, unfriendly, unorganized, unprofessional, and even asked me rudely "what I want them to do about it" when I called to let them know I was unhappy and tried to get some answers. The communication is lacking in a very bad way. No business should ever talk to clients/customers the way I was spoken to on the phone by Andy who works there. Very unprofessional and we will not be back. read more

I've always been hesitant to board our dogs or even try a "Doggie Daycare" facility. We heard about Barn N Lounge through my wife's employer and finally pulled the trigger in July of this year to try them out. The first thing I noticed was the level of care and attention our dogs received. We have small Yorkies and I was always concerned that something may happen to our smaller one. One of the tools that Bark N Lounge provides is CCTV access to be able to watch your dogs... as a retired member of the military and former police officer, I hope whoever is reading this knows where I'm coming from, in how important it is to be able to "see" what's going on. I have ZERO concerns about my babies staying at BNL! I see the Social Media posts and videos the BNL team does and am very confident that when we drop them off for Day Care or overnight Boarding, they will be WELL taken care of!!! We have had them boarded for 4 nights (no problems) and our youngest one has been on several daycare play days (no problems). I definitely recommend Bark N Lounge to board your dog. I was at first skeptical of boarding our 9 month Old English Bulldogge puppy anywhere since she is protective and not used to other dogs. They went out of their way to make sure she (and I!) were comfortable with her surroundings. They took her outside and introduced each of the other dogs to her one on one, and within an hour she was running around in the big dog play area with everyone! They even called to give me an update twice that first day because I was so nervous leaving her. They eased any stress I had and made sure my dog was very well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and it is obvious they care for each dog that is there. We even feel comfortable leaving our English Bulldog there if need be. They have a large indoor play area and understand those breeds cannot be left outside in the heat. Thank you to Dawn and the rest of the staff for running such a great place!! read more
