She was given to us by someone who didn't want her, and it was entire learning process figuring out how to keep her well groomed. I already have two yorkies and they are a bit lower maintenance than toy poodles. The first two groomers I took her her to basically buzzed her and gave her a very uneven hair cut even though she wasn't matted. Anne's has always made Tillie look so beautiful and I've been so happy with how she smells and her haircut. I think my girl loves going to see the staff as well! They are always so welcoming and friendly. I'm finally taking my yorkies tomorrow and have no doubt they will look fabulous when they walk out!

Everyone in the shop is so kind, and genuinely love what they do. We have a Scottish Terrier and a Maltipoo--Sherlock and Bailey. Our Maltipoo was a rescue, she still has issues with strangers. But she was so calm, her groomer said Bailey was so sweet and easy for her groom! So, basically, we have found a groomer we will stick with!! We had hopped around to follow our former favorite groomer, but he has now moved on to working in tech and the previous place sold to new management. We had to seek a new place. I ran in here because it's right by our house and where I take our golden doodle for self service washes was closed. I found the bath to be really disgusting. You can tell they do not wash those tubs between dogs. There were chunks of dog hair all over. The big shock came when I went to check out. I wasn't even there 30 minutes total and it was $35. I asked if this was normal pricing and she said yes it's extra for the shampoo. I am used to paying $15 to use the self service at our very reputable grooming location just a mile down the road. that price includes shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes and everything. not really sure how they get by with charging this much. I guess that's how they push so many to join their monthly wash club.
