I have a silky Yorkshire terrier. They took really long I figured my dog was going to look great they must be doing a really good job... boy was I wrong. My dogs hair looked like a 5 year old cut it. Super choppy cuts all over. The cut was nothing like what they asked and were told we wanted. She didn't even smell good when picked up and she was more nervous than when dropped off. When other groomers have told us she does great. Sadly my previous groomer was booked and decided to try this place. I will not be back. read more

They made my dog look like an abomination. they added $60+ worth of charges too to top it off. I tried to be nice to them about those charges, but they gave me an attitude on top of it. Terrible customer service and terrible job.. won't be going there ever again. terrible experience. read more

Absolutely livid. I specifically asked for a stylish trim for my 2 Poms so they could be ready for summer but to NOT touch their undercoat fur. Pomeranians have two coats and once you damage the hair follicle by clipping the root layer their soft fur will permanently never grow back the same again. And he completely shaved them both down like Chihuahuas... what's worse is that he even asked for a reference photo (attached) and he still managed to butcher the job entirely. Please someone explain to me how these two side by side fur styles even look remotely the same. No styling or care went into this job whatsoever. The first time I took a dog in I thought they had forgotten to groom him. I even asked if they cut anything. The young guy said he did. I paid and then decided next time to take a photo. The second time a young woman, who's no longer there, did an excellent job! So I went back again. The cut wasn't perfect but the guy said he tried his best. So I paid and tipped him well. This time, I left several messages asking for an appointment. Never got a call back. Reached someone a few days later and they said I had to do it online. I did. Both this time and the last my 13 lb dog was there for 5-6 hours. After that long, I called and they said he was ready. I picked him up and the cost was now $75 dollars! A heads up would have been nice. Got him home and half his stomach not trimmed at all! I emailed, it was rejected. I left a message and no call back after 2 weeks. I am done giving this place chances. read more

Terrible! My labradoodle gets a bath with a brushout every week because he loves to chase rabbits and jump in ponds. He gets tiny burrs in his coat that need to be brushed out, too. We brush him every day just for allergens, as well. I know for a fact that he was not matted, as every week after his bath, his fur is beautiful right down to his skin. Pet Parlor just shaved him down to his skin all over saying he was matted. Absolutely lazy jerks! do not allow these clowns near your pet! read more

I've been taking my goldendoodle to Pet Parlor for over a year now & they have always had availability for those last minute appointments. We usually just get our dog fully shaved down when we go & every time, our dog has returned smelling great, looking great, with no cuts on him at all.
