Baloo, happy that he's all clean!

We always wash our dogs, Artemis and Baloo, at this Pet food Express. They're always excited to visit because the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and always gives them treats. It's also conveniently located next to Trader Joe's so the humans can get snacked up too.

I was in the area and decided to stop by. This place is in a really big shopping center. They mainly focus on dogs & cats. I noticed they have really good quality food for dogs. They had a lot of dog beds and carriers. At the back they had a place where you can shower your dog like a self service. I thought that was really cool because I have never seen that. I have two bunnies so there was half of an isle dedicated to bunnies, birds, and Ginny pigs. I wish they would have had more things for bunnies. If you have a cat or dog I highly recommend coming here.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and customer service at this location. The selfgrooming station is easy to use and we've only had positive experiences so far! Literally every staff member I've met there has been so sweet and helpful (wish I remembered everyone's name but thank you Noah for giving my pup Phoebe an enthusiastic and warm welcome on our most recent visit). My dog makes a B line to the entrance every time (:

I came in today for a slip lead. They have 1 kind. Color choices black or red. I also needed a rolled leather collar. I had wanted a dark brown one- but the red really caught my eye. My boy looks amazing in his new red collar. I was looking for dog clothes- they had plenty of cute shirts, but they don't have anything bigger than a large. I asked if maybe they had an XL- unfortunately, no- they said the bigger sizes don't sell. I appreciate how generous this company is. They offer 10% discount if you volunteer at a rescue group. Any animal events always has a pet food express booth- handing out samples, toys, and coupons. Plenty of parking. Next to Trader Joe's. So 1 stop shopping for both humans and pets.

Long overdue! Max went above and beyond with getting our newly adopted pup squared away. He took us step by step throughout the store using a checklist of items we might need. We left the store feeling prepared and looked after. He was welcoming to our trifecta of generations - myself, my 2 year old who had the run of the place, and my mother. Thanks, Max!

But my husband and I both needed to travel at the last minute and Vet Tech Pet Care came very highly recommended by a friend's friend who has been using them for years. We weren't quite sure how it would work at first and who would be assigned to stop in 2x/day. But Tomiko was great about matching cat lovers on her staff with the days we needed coverage. Alexa was our cats' "main" sitter but Kaitlin also stopped by a couple of times when Alexa wasn't available. We had the opportunity meet both Alexa and Kaitlin in person before we departed, and Tomiko also came by to make sure everything would run smoothly in our absence. I am pretty organized and had typed up instructions already for Alexa and Kaitlin, but Tomiko had a very detailed checklist that she also went through with me to make sure nothing was overlooked. I really appreciated that. We got texts with pictures and updates on our cats at every visit, which we also really appreciated. Our cats are very shy and skittish with strangers, so we got to hear how they were warming up to Alexa and Kaitlin at each visit. That was such a comfort to us! We would use Vet Tech Pet Care again in the future without hesitation and highly recommend them to others! While they are a service with many different petsitters working for them, it felt very personal and customized to our senior cats' specific needs.

Milo came back with most of his front paws appearing untouched. Nina, my smaller one, had most of her nails looking pretty good but her dew claws were untouched. They sent me a feedback request and I told them about Milo. They said being him back within like 3 days and we did. Milo would not cooperate and they gave up and that was the end of that. My time wasted a second time. The issue is, why not tell me the first time that they could not get Milo to cooperate and that's why they couldn't do his front paws? (And give me a refund?) Why waste my time another day? Other places can and have done his nails before so I'm not sure what the problem was but I'm not coming back here for nails again.

The session took about 4 hours, which meant to me that they really took their time to make sure everything was done right instead of rushing through it. My dog was super dirty with a severe undercoat and I was told at pickup that it took 4 groomers to brush her out for the deshed. I really appreciate the care and effort that they put into their work. She came out looking like a brand new dog. This place is definitely worth it and I am so glad that I finally found a grooming salon that I trust and believe will do an amazing job every time. I used a coupon for my first visit, but prices are still very reasonable compared to other grooming areas, even with add-on services. I highly recommend this place and Princess will be a regular client from now on!

I have gone through quite the journey with my two kittens at Adobe Animal Hospital…read more Dr. Killian is kind and thoughtful, she has a great energy for animals and makes you feel at ease. She listens really well and gives some suggestions. The vet techs are super kind specifically Saoirse & Nathan. I'm thankful for all they've done for me! However, the facility is unfortunately very run down. It feels outdated, uncared for, and unclean. There are metal hangers hanging from the ceiling vent in the exam rooms with dust and cobwebs in the corners. There is typically a wait time to be seen. I once waited 25 minutes past my appointment. On average I wait about 10 minutes past. And I am there a lot between my 2 kittens who both eat everything in sight. X-rays & CBC panels from my understanding are outsourced and the cost is comprable to SAGE emergency vet (which I've had to go to multiple times) and they are charging $100 for SQ fluids! I was also charged $50 as a "consult" to ask Dr. Killian ONE question when it was a vet tech appointment (which they did not specify when the appt was set) But what compelled me to write this was the service at Adobe by the front desk. I am at Adobe almost every other weekend between my two babies. My very first visit, I could hear the staff gossiping through the walls. I chalked it up to, everyone has their days & continued to go there. Then, there was a day where only one person was at the front desk and they were so overwhelmed it took me 20 minutes just to pay and leave, and they didn't know how to apply my coupon so I had to just not use it. And finally, Michele. Every time I visit and it's Michele she does not respond to my greetings she just uncomfortably stares me down. This past visit (which was my 2nd this week, so Monday 4 days prior and then Friday) Michele refused to let me use the coupon I didn't physically have even though a coupon is stapled to EVERY VISIT receipt. I could NOT find it in my car & asked if she could apply the $25 that I had just received on Monday on my receipt to this $374 visit, she told me no, proceeded to charge me, and then staple another $25 coupon onto my receipt. It honestly was so disheartening as I had spent a total of $1297 at Adobe in one week. Literally was so upsetting I will not be going back. These are our family members and I want a caring & empathetic relationship with my vet. I work with children & families and helping them out and working with them is always what's most important in my eyes. Lower your services and get rid of those $25 coupons every visit.

Traumatized My Foster Dog and Ignored My Consent…read more I explicitly told 4 Corners Vet not to do a heartworm test, yet they performed it anyway, along with sedation, and charged nearly $1,000. My foster dog is deaf and mostly blind, and sedation terrifies him. A normally calm, non-reactive dog became stressed, anxious, and reactive. What should have been a simple $45 shot turned into a traumatic ordeal. The foster agency I work with does not require heartworm testing for senior dogs, so this procedure was unnecessary. When I raised the issue, the only response was a $90 refund to the agency...a token gesture that does nothing to repair the stress caused to my dog or the financial impact on the nonprofit. This experience made it painfully clear that the clinic prioritized profit over my dog's safety and well-being. I have since switched vets and will be leaving this review so others understand the risks. I strongly urge 4 Corners Vet to seriously reconsider their consent and care policies--no pet or foster family should go through this. - additionally I will add, we gave the vet several opportunities to remedy this, and they did not. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a unilateral decision that was not budgeted for and not necessary. Had they just given the dog the shot, there would not have been an issue. Instead, they poked him three times to get blood and infuriate him and scare him further (bloodwork was also not provisioned for) and when he was fully escalated, they then sedated him. They should have let him go home with us instead of pushing him past his breaking point. When he came out of sedation, they let him leave far too early while still completely dysphoric, and he did not recognize my husband. In his fear, he bit him. This is 100% the vet's fault.

All I heard were the dogs barking. Called multiple times that went straight to voicemail, sent lots of emails, and DM instagram. No reply whatsoever. The fact that they don't have anyone present in the facility 24/7 in case of an emergency or even an emergency line to contact someone is unsafe and dangerous. I do not feel comfortable nor deem it safe leaving my pet there again.

So cuddos to you guys for this! When you get inside the establishment it's very clean and you can see where stuff is at really quick. Love the choices they have for pet treats. One thing for sure is that they do need more customer service we are here to see about a pet adoption but it seems like they don't want these pets to go to homes. We have been waiting to hopefully hold one to see if I get a reaction from it but still nobody is helping us. Well we have been decline to adopt suki it's okay no worries it was probably not meant to be. How ever we did adopt 2 tabby cats from joybound rescue it was buy one get one we took the brother and sister so we are happy and blessed to welcome 2 new family members I did go back to this store to get my kitty supplies and I'm happy to say that I'm happy with everything I bought. Now I won't drag this I will say it I will continue to go back for all my pet supplies and needs but will not go back for pet adoptions it just seems like they are not thinking of the kittens/ cats for people that want to give them homes. I can just say petsmart do better have someone that can rehome these kittens/cats or animals that are wanting to get out of that cage they are in.

Groomer: Ruby Location: Petsmart Concord Ca…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my dog Benny in for a simple maintenance cut and bath. His hair was long, and we specifically like to keep him fluffy. I showed the groomer a photo of the exact style we wanted -- a fluffy "teddy bear" cut -- and clearly stated that if they could not achieve that look, to please keep his hair long. I dropped Benny off at 9:30 a.m. and was told to return in one hour, which is typical for his usual groomer. When I called an hour later (after realizing I had missed my other dog Teddy's appointment and apologizing to the groomer scheduled for both dogs), they weren't even finished with Benny. I assumed the delay meant extra care was being taken. Benny was not ready until 1:45 p.m. -- over four hours later. When my husband picked him up, he looked like a completely different dog. His hair was completely cut off. It looked nothing like the photo I provided and was nowhere near the fluffy teddy bear cut I requested. It was extremely disappointing. What concerns me even more is Benny's behavior afterward. He is almost one year old and has been groomed regularly since he was a puppy. He is normally energetic, confident, and affectionate. When my husband picked him up, he was shaking and visibly nervous. Even two days later, he seems timid and withdrawn -- which is very unlike him. It makes me question how he was treated during those four hours. I understand that grooming salons get busy. However, communication and following clear instructions are basic expectations. I left my dog there trusting he would be cared for properly. This cut cost $110 -- more than the $85 I typically pay at a private boutique groomer who consistently does an excellent job. The quality did not reflect the price. I will not be returning. I only booked here because our regular groomer did not have availability that day. That was a mistake I will not repeat. Very disappointed.
