Their mobile service always arrives on time and is incredibly convenient. I avoid taking my drooly bulldog anywhere in my car if I can help it. Having my groomer come to me is SO helpful. Danielle takes Venmo, which is also super convenient! My girls always come out looking and smelling great, with a cute bandana, plus they always get the cutest little goodie bag AND I get a super adorable photo of them up against a different, seasonal backdrop each and every time. I cannot stress enough how much of a dog whisperer Danielle is! If you have a dog that hates being bathed or is scare of strangers, they will be instantly at ease with Danielle. One of my dogs is the biggest scaredy cat and she is completely calm with Danielle and (shockingly to me) does not need to be restrained while having her nails trimmed. I started going to Beth and she seemed to be OK but I scheduled an appointment with her 3 months in advanced. When I went to my appointment, she wasn't in town and no one in the salon would help me. Even though I booked the appointment 3 months in advance, I never received any notification that Beth wouldn't be in town, which I find very irresponsible. Unfortunately for me, the people that work there were not helpful because they stated they are all independent contractors so there was nothing they could do. All I got was "please write down you name and number and Beth will call you when she gets back into town". I would not recommend this place as I don't believe you can count on your groomer to actually be there for your appointment.

As I started to say no again, she hung up on me mid-sentence. What a rude and inconsiderate way to treat a now FORMER customer or any customer for that matter. I put up with a noisy and filthy atmosphere the first time because of the convenience of their location but no longer. I encourage everyone to avoid that place if you value being treated with respect. With the way they treat humans I can't imagine how poorly they treat the animals when their owners are not present. Save your money, your dignity and your animals and go elsewhere.
