I am new to the area so I had to find a new groomer. This seemed like a nice place so I gave it a shot. I even gave them instructions from my old groomer. Bad idea! When I dropped my dog off it seemed as if they didn't know what they were doing, but I left him anyway. When I picked him up it still seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. I didn't pay much attention, but when I got home I noticed that his fur didn't look right. He looked as if he had been trimmed by a 10 year old who had been handed electric clippers. Some fur long. Some short. Some shaved down to bare skin. I won't be back. read more

* ZERO STARS * I made an appointment a month in advance. I brought my dog to get a cut. They kept him from 10 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon and didn't even finish half of his cut because he was "wet". No one called me to let me know anything. If the groomer didn't feel comfortable cutting my dog's hair b/c he was matted, she shouldN'T have done anything at all, & everything would have been fine but no! And they charged me the full amount of a cut. The person working there said they would finish him another day. ANY PERSON WOULD HAVE GOTTEN UPSET SEEING THEIR PUP HALF DONE. And when i asked for a partial refund she decided to catch an attitude and said she doesn't want us as a customer any more. If i could give no stars, I definitely would! Now my poor pup is sad/depressed. UPDATE: I took my dog to a different groomers on 01/29/24 & they told me that my pup has MULTIPLE CUTS all over him! The lady @ pet laundry only informed about ONE. Pet Laundry called and told me my dogs were done. When I got there, not only were neither of my dogs done (4hrs) but they had no idea who my dogs were. After Apologizing for the mix up, they then asked me what my dogs looked like. WHAT?!? Of course I told them, they said they'd go check, came back and told me they had located my dogs and to come back in 2 hours. When I came back, they handed me one dog who had been shampooed and blown out. That was it. I told them there was no way she'd had her hair cut but the girl behind the receptionist desk insisted that she had. When I told them to get my other dog, that I didn't feel comfortable leaving her, they said she was being shampooed and that she wasn't done. I told them I'd wait but they said it be would be atleast 45 minutes. I told them i'd be in my car waiting. She then said to wait a minute and left the reception area. When she came back, she once again asked what my dog looked like. I was livid. By the time I had both dogs in my possession, only one had a crappy cut and the other shampooed. They then had the gall to charge full price for 2 cuts. NEVER AGAIN will I go back. The front desk is incompetent and the management irresponsible.The owner should be ashamed at how her business is being run. They are our neighborhood groomer and I like to support local businesses but they have lost mine. Don't go near this place!!! read more

Short version: *They had Bella on model status for a bargain! *Definitely recommending! *Unusual services worth mentioning: 1.)They also have washers for DIY self wash (this is where they provide the sink, soap, towels, etc and you do the wash). 2.)Provided washers and dryers for dog bedding washes. I went to get my dog her annual shots done at the mobile clinic which parks at a new location monthly (think pop up shop). This month they were parked in the lot of this facility. While in line, an associate from Pet Laundry was handing out flyers to those of us waiting (great business tactic). The layout of the flyer was easy to read, straight forward and clean. What stood out to me the most were the prices. I come from a Petsmart grooming price familiarity so to see baths for her size (Husky) so cheap I was skeptical. However, Bella really needed some attention so we booked an appointment and brought her in. When they called to pick her up, I arrived and they advised me she was in the back having "play time" lol. Then I saw her ... (start model music and slow motion dog stroll) Let me tell you, they had my Bella baby all the way together!! She looked better than when I pay $90 at Petsmart! Not only was all of that shedding fur gone, her coat itself looked extremely healthy! I wish I would've taken a before picture to show just how much of a difference there was. It has been about 2-3 weeks and there has been minimal shedding from her (they used the furminator as well). I've gotten this upgrade before at Petsmart for like $30 but she still shed like crazy. I'm starting to think that it just wasn't done properly at Petsmart because clearly the service does work! I cannot believe how good she looks! What I like: -Great customer service -Prices -They do bedding, collar, etc washing so you don't have to put it in your home washer (yuck) -Location -Speed of services -They include a cute little bow for them! I question the grooming skills of the staff. Yes, my dog had some matting but did that warrant taking the easy way out and cutting his entire body to 1/4 - 3/8th of an inch? That was uncalled for. Other groomers have clipped back areas with matting and worked around it. That is grooming. Pet laundry shaved all of the hair off my dog. I will never trust them with my beloved dog again. Trust me, I know there was matting but that didn't warrant the action they took. Bad form. read more

I have been a long time customer of Pet Laundry but today they lost my business. I made an appointment over a week ago for 10:30 am today. I put in the notes that my 18-year old dog had developed dementia and gets very anxious and that I intended to get something from the vet to calm her before grooming. I arrived today and they could not find my reservation or file despite having received an email reminder the day before. Then when I explained that I had drugged my pup and she needed to be groomed sooner rather than later, I was told that they could not get to her for 3-4 hours!! I asked if they could please take care of her sooner since she was drugged and I was told no - both by the young lady behind the counter and the owner. Why make an appointment at 10:30 if you cannot at least attempt to make that time? read more

My husband has taken our golden retriever to this location to be washed and groomed on several occasions. We are happy with the results and recently I went to have his dog bed and mat washed. The price was super reasonable and I was able to get the items the very next day completely clean and dry. I always wondered how I could get these items cleaned without putting them in my own washer and dryer and have been wrestling with them in the driveway for far too long. This is a very nice grooming salon w/friendly and welcoming vibe. The dogs receiving services and in boarding/daycare appear happy and well-tended. I've taken my "senior" dog here several times, and I'm very satisfied with the grooming (regular bath, nail grinding and anal glands) and dog bed washing service. One of the owners even sewed up one of my beds that was coming apart at the seams. The ladies that own Pet Laundry are always there, always smiling and extremely accommodating. Awesome Owner and Staff!!!! They were very attentive to our needs form thw moment we entered the store. I came for the DIY wash and they asked if I needed any help from the beginning to end. I have a large breed American Bulldog and the tub was more than enough room to wrestle I mean wash him thoroughly. I never felt rushed or left to my own devices. They had an assortment of brushes, combs, and towels to get the loose hair and dry him. They also have a drying system that they gave excellent instructions on it's usage. Love how good the grooming looked on my puppy, I did not think I would see a big change since chihuahuas aren't that hairy anyway but his coat looked amazing and his shedding has decreased which is exactly what we wanted! Dropped my dog off for half a day of doggie day care so he could start getting used to it. Was told he did fine. Dogs were everywhere in the lobby. When I got home, I noticed that he was hopping and couldn't put weight on his hind legs or lift his leg to pee. What an awesome experience my family and I had at Pet Laundry! In an effort to do something as a family and to help my pre-teen with responsibility, we took our 1 year old puppy to Pet Laundry where we cleaned her ourselves. The owner walked us through the entire process and explained everything. We had so much fun. Not to mention, our pup "Roxie" smelled so yummy afterwards. Since my dog is so special when it comes to other people touching him, I go in and use the self-service groom. I cannot express how much I love this place, I've told them 1 million times I don't know what I would do without them and they just giggle. Everyone there is so sweet and so kind and they are willing to help you with anything. They provide you with shampoo, conditioner, solution to clean the ears, towels, and a blow dryer for your dog for when you're done, all of this for only $20! They also give you brushes to make things easier and explain to how to use every single thing. I really just love them (all the employees) and I travel almost 40 minutes to come to this specific place because they are so awesome! They even give you a punch card for the self service and you get a free wash after the 5th one. I 110% would recommend this business to anyone out there who needs their pet groomed or would just like to do it themselves with everything provided. It's been three weeks of hell after getting my dog groomed here. When I went to pick her up, her eyes were tearing and bloodshot. Vet said she had corneal ulcers. After emergency ophthalmic surgery, we're dealing with HGE, a potentially life threatening disorder. read more

I have tried this place 4 times now. The first cut was perfect. Everything was even, nothing was cut that shouldn't be cut (my baby is a Papillon so his ears should remain long). The second time the long black hair on his ears was completely cut off. Times 2-4 completely uneven groom on feathers, ears and body. Pointed out unevenness all three times and when taken back to "correct", no noticeable changes. Also asked that behind ears be shaved because this is an area that mats a lot. Only shaved on the first appointment. Also, 3 third time thought we would try them to pickup our baby. We had to call them to remind them that we had scheduled a pickup and drop off. Owner came to pickup. Got 2 calls letting me know that grooming was done and that we could pickup up our pooch. Again reminded them that we ordered drop off. We just keep getting more frustrated every time so we'll be finding a groomer who knows what they are doing as a business and as an expensive service ($50/groom plus $10/ pickup-drop off service(1 time)). read more

The grooming services are reasonably priced and done very well. However, if you have a dog from a shelter or other environment of that nature, run. They put your dog in a jail like environment and do not allow them to play with others all day. My puppy has been to Puppy Haven over 10 times with NO issues. I picked her up today shedding, crying, shaking and trying to run away. They said she's not welcome again and that the facility can not handle dogs of her size. She's 44 pounds! I will NEVER bring her back for any services. I am so disappointed. I will drive the extra 30 minutes to puppy haven and I suggest you all do the same. BEWARE! read more

Just moved to the area and was excited to find a place near me to take my baby to get groomed. I had seen other great reviews for husky grooming. We unfortunately didn't experience this. I was called that my husky was ready to be picked up. When I got there she was taken out of the kennel section, she was still damp and clumps of hair still hanging off of her. I had asked for the de-shedding treatment. They ended up taking her back and drying her off good. She looked great but was anxious for the rest of the day and wouldn't come out of our bedroom. I was told the person who groomed her had left for the day and should have never called me to say she was done. When I originally made my appointment I specifically said that my dog gets anxious and that I like to take her to groomers who will take her back quickly, groom her, and call me as soon as she's done so she isn't waiting in the kennel for a long time. They seemed really busy that day and overwhelmed. Not sure if I'll take her back there again. Will probably just use the self-grooming services or look for another place. read more
