    If I could give them -1 star, I would. I purchased two dog coats within 30 minutes of each other. The price tag was the same on both, $119. However, I was charged $129 for the second coat. Being in a hurry at the time, I didn't notice. I called the store before Christmas and was told to bring the receipts and coats back to the store. Post-Christmas, I took the receipts to the store, not the coats, as the dogs had already worn them. I received the excuse for the price difference that they were changing the prices, and the main office was to blame, and so on. Then, I was told the price difference was because they were different colors. (See photos below from the Hurtta site) Really? I was then told I could return the coat for a different color, in other words, a cheaper color. Again, Really? The store was willing to take a loss on the price of the coat instead of providing a store credit for $10 + tax and having a happy, satisfied customer. This Hurtta coat is redesigned for this season. On the Hurtta website, the Expedition Parka, in the size and colors I purchased, is $90. I didn't mind paying more because we were having a freeze coming and I would have the coats without a week-long wait for delivery. The excuses continued as the store manager tried to convince me that Hurtta is raising their prices. Another fable - see the screenshots from the Hurtta website below. If anyone knows anything about merchandising, the wholesale price the store pays for each coat is nowhere near the price the consumer pays. Manufacturers would never charge more to the retailer than the consumer. If the coat retails at Hurtta for $90, I can only imagine what the store pays wholesale for them. How much do they want to gouge their customers when with a bit of research, customers can go elsewhere to make their purchases? This store needs to honor its ticketed prices! Don't make it up prices as you feel like it. And don't gossip about your customers after they've left the store. The situation was disrespectful to me as a longtime customer who has spent thousands of dollars supporting this store over the years, especially for continuing to support them during the recent pandemic when shopping online would have been safer and easier. To Pet Market, the customer is always wrong! Customers don't matter to them because there's always another customer coming along. Pet Market, customers are not a dime a dozen. Customers talk, and word gets around about retailers with poor business practices. Maybe that's why they only have a 3-star rating on Yelp. The result of this disrespectful experience? I will not shop at any Pet Market location again. I highly advise consumers to be careful if shopping at Pet Market. Buyer Beware!

Even then her knowledge of nutrition was amazing.. and her thirst to learn more and more . It never stops I always asked questions.. what to feed which holistic products would help this or that, which doctors or practitioners. Sometimes too many... and Yes! she is very direct (see Malena's review). Extremely knowledgeable and intuitive too. I have referred her to many who have been very happy. I run a rescue and work with special needs dogs.. She has helped with so many Nutrition is so very very important to pets health and you will get the best advice here. It can be life saving. I really trust her.... always have
