They even had a few rarer species. This shop is especially good for bird lovers. They had many birds, some fish and reptiles, amphibians, and small animals. The only one I didn't see was the rabbit, but I wouldn't put it past them that they could have one too. Also, the owner and his wife were very kind. They answered all my questions and made me jealous that they didn't have their shop closer to home. I will come back here for sure.

HEARTBREAKING EXPERIENCE: Sold a sick bird and dodged for months./EXPERIENCIA DESGARRADORA:…read moreVendíeron un pájaro enfermo y me evitaron por meses. I am writing this to warn other families before they invest their money and hearts into a pet from this shop. While the owners appear "nice" during the sale, my experience reveals a devastating lack of ethics and accountability. The Timeline of Events: The Purchase: I spent over $550 on a Quaker Parrot and cage. Within 6 days, the bird passed away. The Reaction: Instead of offering support, the owner immediately tried to deflect liability by questioning my care. I had actually gone above and beyond, researching and providing high-quality nutrients/pellets superior to the seeds sold in-shop. The "Runaround": Since November, I have been subjected to a "game of cat and mouse." I was first promised a replacement in two weeks. When I followed up, the story changed to "it's not the season," a detail never mentioned previously. The Deception: It is now March. When I asked for a timeline, I was told they are "closed until summer." However, they remain active on Facebook and their listed business hours show they are open. The Pattern: After my bird died, I noticed other reviews (like the one regarding a deceased Cockatiel) describing the exact same tragedy. This suggests a systemic issue with the health of their animals. Final Verdict: Do not be fooled by the friendly demeanor during the transaction. They sold a sick animal to a family with a 2-year-old child, took $550, and have spent months dodging responsibility with inconsistent lies. Save your money and your family the heartbreak--go to a reputable breeder instead. Google & Yelp review.

This PetSmart grooming location (Hwy 200 @ I75 in Ocala) is a hard no for me…read more When I dropped off my dog for its grooming appointment, I was advised "we usually need 4-5 hours for a grooming, not the 3 the website estimates". I returned to the grooming salon 4 1/2 hrs later and was advised my dog was bathed and dry but hadn't been groomed. Decided I wasn't going to subject my dog to who knows how much longer (no idea when the groomer was going to finish the dog they were currently grooming no how long they'd take on my pet). The store and grooming salon were untidy compared to other PetSmart locations near The Villages, Fl.

Never ever going back to this place. Isabella has been a customer of PetSmart grooming for about a…read moreyear. First problem I had was with the one in the villages. Then I decided on this on off of 200. Once Amanda left Isabella didn't care about going there anymore. Her tail didn't wag and she just wasn't excited. First sign the place turned into the Doggy DMV. Thursday the 16th my appointment was messed up so I had to give her a bath myself which is hard on my back that's why she is groomed every 3 weeks like clock work. So on Tuesday I made her appointment for 10am. There were 4 doggies scheduled at 10am that made me call them the Doggy DMV. Next Isabella dropped off at 10am picked up 3pm. Oh heck no. We are done with PetSmart. Plus her ears were cut too short and I'm just no longer happy with the service. I believe the new manager is Autumn and it's not the same. Isabella pees a lot and Autumn did recommend these doggy cranberry treats which I went home and ordered from Chewy. They work when we go out of town and at home. I just don't like the vibe there anymore and neither does my Isabella. Plus the price increased which I don't mind but it's not worth the aggravation of my Isabella being stressed out when she leaves. Never again. Looking for a new groomer. I got 3 weeks to look for one because Isabella is not missing her spa days and she WILL NOT be returning to PetSmart. App is now deleted from my iPhone.

I paid with a $10.00 bill and was supposed to receive $4.64 in change. However, the store clerk informed me that she did not have the $0.04 to return. Although the amount may seem small, the principle of the situation is significant. If I had not had other commitments that day, I would have considered leaving the worms at the store and requesting a full refund or even protesting for the $0.04. It may sound petty to argue over such a small amount, but I believe that if I had underpaid for the product, I would not have been allowed to complete the purchase. This experience left me feeling dissatisfied with the service I received.

While she walked down one of the isles she could hear the dog yelping and crying. She looked over to the window and they had double wrapped the dogs head in a towel. One girl was squeezing the head and mouth while another cut her nails. My grandmother ran over and started knocking on the window telling her to give her the dog back! My grandmother was so nervous and upset she grabbed the dog and left. That night the dog needed to be rushed urgently to a vet. They had broken her jaw and required emergency surgery and had all her teeth pulled. The manager had the nerve to tell my grandmother that the incident occurred at home and not at his store. He asked my grandmother where the dog uses the bathroom, maybe an animal did it to her outside or maybe someone at home abuses her. Chichi (the dog) lives a better life then most humans. She is an inside dog and no one abuses her. We have sent multiple letters to the company and they have been unresponsive. We weren't asking for anything more then they take care of the VET bill since their staff had broken our dogs jaw. The company has been unresponsive. They did however put up a sign stating they no longer take small pets. I am almost sure it is because their staff is poorly trained and abused our dog.
