Sometimes I feel like my dog likes this place more than home! He gets so excited when he realizes where we're going and I've always had good experiences with the staff. Some of them even know his name as soon as he comes in, which makes me even happier. They also have webcams you can watch if you want to see what your dog's up to. Overall, it's been great and I definitely have noticed a positive impact in my dogs behavior by being socialized with other dogs. read more

When we adopted our 7 year old Golden doodle, Achilles on June 22, 2015 we had a few challenges. We moved from New York to Naples Florida and were new in town and I had never had a dog; only cats. When I met Achilles for the first time to bring him home; I was told after saving him from a high kill shelter the only information the rescue had on him was: Achilles loved to ride in the car and play with other dogs. At this point I knew I had to find a daycare which was safe, clean and fun for Achilles. My husband and I spent several weeks interviewing different options and we fell in love with Pet Paradise in Naples, Florida. We brought Achilles for his first day and we were as nervous as he. We met Christian and thank him for all of the support and guidance he provided to us and Achilles from the first moment we stepped into Pet Paradise. We would also like to thank Kiley for being there for us from the beginning as well. The staff kept in touch with me during the day to let me know how he was adjusting. When we picked him up we could see he was so happy by his body language and how he greeted us and said goodbye to the staff. A few weeks later; we tested boarding overnight while we were in town and he loved it! One year later; Achilles spends approximately 10 days to 2 weeks per month boarding here and the remaining weeks in daycare 3 days per week. We can honestly say Achilles loves Pet Paradise as much as he loves us and being home. The staff is our extended family and affords us peace of mind every time we bring him there. Recently, we decided to send our Siberian Husky, Nola, to daycare at Pet Paradise while I recovered from surgery. Nola loved it. When my husband dropped her off in the morning, after her first 2 visits, she surprised him as she ran inside delighted to be there. It was as if she had discovered a second home! This has continued with each visit. She enjoys her days so much that we have decided to continue her part time enrollment after my recovery. Thank you Pet Paradise! My experience with SWFL Professional Dog Trainers has been incredible. Initially, Tiffany came to my home the day after I picked up my precious golden puppy to begin training.... he immediately took to her and her training. When he was old enough, he went to classes with other dogs... he is now almost 7 and lives half a continent away, and he is still the most well-behaved dog! I visited the locale and I was very impressed. The staff I dealt with was very knowledgable and professional. The staff was able to address all my concerns, being that this wld be my pet childs first boarding experience, Ihad a lot of Q's. The staff even answered questions that I didnt think of asking. That shows integrity which is both comforting and shows they have experience. The lay out is awesome and the choice of S, M, or LG rooms for the same price is stellar. Have been using their daycare services for about a week now and am thrilled with them! I was SO anxious to leave him at a daycare as he is like our child but I could not be more happy with this place. Our puppy can't wait to go here and always returns exhausted! They show us pictures of him throughout the day when we come to pick him up and are great at communicating when they need something or when we call to check in. They even give us a "report card" at the end of the week with his activities and who he has made friends with. 5 stars!! read more

Just left 3 dogs at Pet Paradise and had an extremely bad experience. Our Schnoodle is in surgery right now having Struvite stones removed, the ear wash for our French Bulldog was never used as I bought brand new bottle and the seal was still on, never used. The manager called and had an excuse for every thing that was wrong. The floor is reddish brown so bloody urine is hard to see, took the temperature and was normal so the dog is fine, observation is once an hour but the vomiting and not eating for 4 days was just an anxious dog. We went on vacation from Monday morning to picking them up on the following Friday before 6:00 pm, I told them we were going out of town so they called and left messages that the schnoodle was vomiting and not eating at our home phone. I left 3 different cell phone numbers and a work number to contact us. They didn't look to see if there was a different contact number when we didn't respond, they finally left an email with the information. BE CAREFUL if you leave your pet at Pet Paradise, you might want to call everyday to make sure that you are getting any information on your pets health. The cost for this UTI is now 2500.00, when an antibiotic might have prevented all the pain my dog has gone through and the 2 months of a special diet food for the prevention of further problems. I would leave no stars if I could but I can't post unless I leave 1. read more

We have left both our dogs here either 3 or 4 times so far. The longest was 5 days. One of our dogs is easily scared and we love how the staff is always very calm and extremely accommodating towards him. It's adorable how they have the option to offer them ice cream during their stay. Obviously we always chose that option to make our boys feel at home :) They are also able to accommodate them both in the same room and in a more quiet are so they can get their well deserved sleep. We feel very comfortable leaving our fur family members with pet paradise and we are very happy they are so close to our house and offer very affordable pricing. We will definitely be coming back! Overpriced. When it was Wigglebutt Inn the daycare was included with overnight boarding. Now Pet Paradise charges an extra $20 per day per dog. If you don't pay for it your dogs are potentially locked up for 20 hours out of the day. This is what happens when national chains by a small family owned business. They price gouge. read more

Pet paradise is a home away from home for ANY and ALL DOGS!!!! Whether they're friendly or not does not matter. They get to play and have lots of fun everyday with such great people!!! 2 Groomer's on site. Having dogs in Naples and getting groomed and nails can add up. Cheapest in town from what I've seen. My 9-month old Westie stayed there for three days over Christmas. The place was clean, the staff pleasant and kind to the dogs. There was ample opportunity for active play periods. They sent an email and pictures updating me on her progress. My only disappointment was that the live feed for play areas was not working. Obviously, it was not possible to fix over the holiday. Assuming they will work next time, I would be happy to use them again. read more

We have trusted Pet Paradise to watch our family dog whenever we go out of town on several occasions. Our dog loves it so much there that when we pull in the parking lot he starts wagging his tail and cant get out of the car fast enough. We always call the facility to check on our dog when away and they have always been available to speak with. Clean facility with lots of play time so they animals get lots of exercise. What a great experience taking Beauxdy and Chance (2 Great Danes) for the first time to board over night! The staff is very friendly and obviously love the pets they care for. The kennels are clean and bright. I will definitely recommend Pet Paradise and will be using them again. read more

"Peace of Mind" are the words I use to describe Pet Paradise. When I go on vacation I know "Cookie" will be well taken care of. The facilities are extremely clean. I took a tour; front desk lobby area décor reminded me of a Vegas Hotel, very attractive. In the back where they board the dogs the cubicles provided adequate space for sleeping, and stay time before and after scheduled play time, etc. Had plenty of light, along with something that was missing, NO SMELLS! Staff must be right on top of any concerns along those lines :) Wanted to also mention a staff member "Chris." Chris greeted us with a genuine smile, gave us the tour and answered every question I had. So pleased I found Pet Paradise! read more

Inn SW Florida it has been a challenge to find boarding facilities that don't discriminate against Pit Bulls and bully breeds in general. We looked at many, many "boarding" facilities; some we walked in and walked out. Evidently cleanliness was not their strong suit. Pet Paradise takes excellent care of my rescue (one was used as a bait dog) girls without hesitation or prejudice. Their facility is spotless, well managed and accommodate their special emotional needs. As a matter or fact, the staff can't stop raving about how sweet they are. We return without a second thought again and again to this facility. read more

Unfortunately we had another bad experience at Pet Paradise. Last time we left our dog she came home sick for over three weeks. Multiple visits to the vet and multiple rounds of medication. We thought it was a fluke, but today when we arrived to pick up our dogs they did not have them ready and could not explain what was going on. The staff changed their story several times about what was going on. We were told that they were busy and although the dogs were scheduled for baths earlier over an hour and a half earlier they were still soaking when we arrived. One of our dogs is just a puppy and they were soaking them? Two small house dogs who had been there only 24 hours? We confirmed pick up and bath times this morning at ten. They smell and were soaking wet and shivering when we took them. The most upsetting thing is how uncaring the staff was. Obviously we will not be going back. read more

My bichon is 14 years old and I've had him since he was 8 weeks, so you can imagine how many times he's been groomed over the years. I have never had a worst experience with a groomer than when I brought him here. The cut was all uneven, the top of his head, his face was cut like a poodle, she didn't do his tail at all because she said it had matts. He was supposed to be there only 3 hours and it turned into 6, his legs were done all wrong so he looked bow legged. He was traumatized and his nails were cut too close and very rough and sharp. I almost cried when I saw him, they had him sit there for hours until I called because they had the wrong phone number! It was awful and I'm shocked there are any good reviews on here. The groomer was embarrassed you could tell she was young and very inexperienced, she didn't charge me thank god! Worst experience ever, I would not go back there for anything!! read more
