It looks like a one room studio apartment. It smells and is dirty full of hair. Due to my allergies I would have to go home and take a shower immediately after picking my dogs up and wipe them down before coming in my house. The parking lots is full of holes and it is on a busy street in a bad part of town. Chelse would make my appointment at the end of the day so my dogs didn't get stressed out from all the noise and close contact to other dogs. I am so happy she left that place and I never have to go back in there again!!!!

Their the only dog treats that don't make my Shetland Sheltie sick. I recently stopped due to the high price, and found out that Tops now carries the Blue Buffalo dog treats for about $4 cheaper. That being said Tops only has two different flavors, so when I want to splurge and get the Pumpkin flavor, I do come back and by from Petco! My niece not only has me taking her here, but also about three other family members. All staff encounters have been friendly. My only thing is that the pictures on here from Petco advertising is a little misleading. The pictures they show seem to be for a bigger Petco location, and this location just doesn't seem to have all the features the pictures on their adverts show.

Instead, anything outside the 12pm to 6pm range, on scattered days of the week, is directed to emergency vets who charge $600-1000 for euthanasia. If the Niagara SPCA was true to its mission, quick, available euthanasia would be a priority; however, it isn't.

My husband and started noticing this place and decided to inquire about their services. We have a 1…read moreyear pup that we wanted to board while we went on a vacation for a week. We've used one other place but it was not nearly as close to us as this facility. Anyway, we made a few calls and set up a time to come visit. When we go there, I knew my baby was going to be just fine. Everyone was super friendly and informative. I explained that my little guy is skittish and we've been working tirelessly to get him socialized. That was not a deterrent at all. We set up a date and time for pick up and drop off and it was all set. I will say that because this is a new business, there were some hiccups along the way when it came to pickup and drop off but overall it went well. When we were gone, my husband was so stressed and worried about the dog so he texted quite often. Thankfully, Janine has the patience of a saint. She answered all of the texts and sent pictures. It was such a relief. She went out of her way to make our little guy comfortable by sleeping near him and allowing him the space and time to adjust. She was wonderful. She quickly learned of his little quirks and agreed that he needs some socializing. When we came home, she gave us a brief rundown of how things went. Overall I think it went well. I am really appreciative of everyone and their efforts. I hope this facility continues to grow and become a full service daycare, boarding, grooming, rescue facility. I want to bring my dog there for more opportunities to play with other dogs and socialize.
