Santi has been taking care of Riley's haircuts since he was a puppy. 12 years now! We wouldn't trust anyone else with him. They also have doggy dental day with a no anesthesia company that he has the day posted in his waiting room so you can make appointments.

Our Winston needed his first grooming and I found the perfect place. From the moment I walked it and saw how sweet Santi was with him, I knew we were at the right place! Grooming looks great! At pickup, I saw Winston playing with the other dogs, and he was SO happy. He didn't want to leave because of how much fun he was having, and that shows the great care he was under. Forever grateful I found this place, and I don't think it can ever be replaced! Here are some pics I took as soon as we got home:

Superb service! I went through three mobile groomer before realizing, they are horrible. I'm so happy a friend recommended Pet Spaw because she has brought all of her dogs here for years. It is a drop off dog salon. I left a message to make the appointment and unless they call you back, you get the time you ask for. I love their space. From their decor, to the giant open space and window into the grooming area, it is very welcoming and spotless. The owner grooms the dogs himself and I could tell he is truly a dog lover! When he was grooming her he called me before he shaved her legs completely because she had horrible knots. I loved that!! When I walked in he was finishing up with my dog and she looked so happy. I could instantly tell that he was treating her as if she was his own. We finally found our forever groomers!

My puppies, age 7 and 10, absolutely love Pet Spaw. Because of space constrictions their prior groomers (4 years ago) had to stall them in crates while they waited to be groomed and basically wrangled with them to do their nails because they'd get so stressed. It was difficult just getting them through the front door. Not so at Pet Spaw. Not only do they RUN in - dashing past the reception desk - they wag and smile the whole way in! I've gotten there early on occasion and seen them actually being groomed and they're ridiculously happy. No kidding, I don't even feel that way when I go to my hair stylist . And yes, they come home beautifully groomed and always in a wonderful mood. LOVE this place!

My puppies, age 7 and 10, absolutely love Pet Spaw. Santiago, the owner/groomer, is wonderful! He's been working with dogs in my family for over 10 years and truly loves what he does! I don't live in the area and travel south just for him. Love love love this place! We feel so lucky to have found it right when we moved here. They can fit our Boston Terrier in at a short notice and we drop him off and 2 hours later he is clean, nails trimmed and smells like a dream...all for $25! The kindest groomers/owners as well! I can't say enough good things about pet spaw. We have been searching for a groomer that truly knew how to handle a golden retriever coat. This place is right in our neighborhood so we decided to try it out. First of all, it is CLEAN. It smells clean, it looks clean, you wouldn't even know that they are dog groomers. Our dog is 10 months and his feathers are just coming in and his puppy fur is leaving so his coat is a little awkward. He came back perfect. One of the best things was when he was ready, he waited in a room with other dogs, not in a kennel! I have already recommended them to my friends with Goldens looking for a groomer they can trust. Santi is the Best groomer that I've ever known! He treats the dogs with such a gentle manner, and they feel so welcome when they come to him! Santi does scissor cuts which takes great precision and he always listens to what the client wants! The salon is spotless and the dogs are not caged after they are groomed and are by his side looking out the window and socializing with the other dogs! He is able to do a quick turn around if needed! He is very reasonable and is truly a dog lover! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Beatriz F.

Beatriz Fuentes began her journey in animal care after graduating as a Veterinary Technician in 2008, dedicating a decade to hands-on practice until 2018. During those years, she developed strong clinical skills and a deep compassion for pets, always advocating for gentle, stress-free care. Over time, she found it challenging to align her ideals as a CVT with the environments she worked in, believing animals deserved more patience, dignity, and emotional understanding. Driven to create a life that reflected her values, Beatriz transitioned into entrepreneurship, building successful ventures in event planning and real estate. These paths allowed her to grow creatively and professionally while maintaining her passion for service. I was going crazy trying to find a groomer who would not be afraid to groom my dog Buddy. Buddy has a problem with his tail where he wants to chase it, bite it and make it bleed. Other groomers have been afraid of him because they called him "aggressive." He is NOT aggressive with humans, he only hates his tail. This was explained to Santiago, the owner of Prado Pet Spaw, and he said, "I have never had any problems with dogs who had tail issues." Bring him on in, which we did, and we are delighted to report that Buddy loved Santiago to the point where Santiago could kiss him!! Buddy was well groomed and looks fabulous. Santi is the absolutely best groomer ever!!! My dog loves Santi so much, he cries and tries to paw open the door to the salon when we leave. Santi truly loves each and every dog like his own. He takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond every time my dog visits. My dog is my "second son," and therefore only the best will do.
