Beau's as a Pet Care Assistant
Juana G.

My furry nephews, Beauregard absolutely LOVES everyone at Pet Squire, but he especially Loves Cesar who always goes above and beyond and is an exceptional representation of Pet Squire and their care with our Babies. During Puppy Bus pick-up & drop-off, sending pictures updates throughout the day and accommodating grooming needs or special deliveries. Did I mention they host Puppy Birthday Parties?! Per Squire THANK YOU for always taking such great care of Beau!

Poop on the bumper from the dog when she tried to climb into the car to go home. Poor thing.

Had high hopes for this boarding experience and was so disappointed. The location is dirty and my poor dog was covered in dog feces when we picked her up. . My husband and car had feces on them and we are spending the day washing her, him AND the car. Never again!

Thank you, Petsquire team for everything you did to take such great care of my little pup. He's been going to daycare and boarding since he was 3 months and recently has returned to Petsquire and he loves it there. Technicians are attentive and responsive, I see he's getting plenty of attention and playtime during his time there. Lots of pictures were sent on a daily basis, and I had received regular updates on him. He's a happy and very sleepy baby today after pickup

A good friend of mine had great results in getting his puppy groomed at this store. Next time I will let my puppy get groomed here too.

I found this great loving and amazing place after my wife and I separated. I needed daycare for the dog. I can honestly say i and my dog not only are happy but we love everyone there. This place is a gem. They love their clients and care to a level you don't see often. When I turn to their street hank recognizes the street and start jumping and crying from happiness. They are a God sent

I can't thank Marisel and her staff at Pet Squire for the care and love they give to my baby Nauvoo. My dog is very nervous and doesn't get along with most dogs. They do a great job socializing her and giving her personalized care and attention when needed. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Pet Squire with my doggy. In addition, they have a wider variety of services at very reasonable prices compared to most places I've researched. Thank you again. Nauvoo will be back soon.

Baby Jason

I would 100% recommend Pet Squire! We recently got our kitty from the shelter and and haven't left his side for more than a day to two. So when it came time to look for a place to take care of him while we went on vacation for two weeks, we we're definitely nervous. Thankfully Pet Squire was close to home. I looked forward to the pictures they would send us almost everyday. So grateful they took such good care of my little boy Jason!

Lola

I absolutely love Pet Squire! It's super convenient and about 10 minutes away from where I live. My dog Lola always seems to enjoy her stay and the staff is careful to take extra steps to for her because of her special needs (a paw injury from when she was a stray caused her bones to grow crookedly). They are always accommodating if I need to board on short notice and send regular photos which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend!

my dogs nail fell COMPLETELY off and they didn't even notice !!!

rants and raves about how they pay close attention to their pups but didn't notice that my dog lost his ENTIRE nail? Rude and started ignoring me as soon as she got my credit card on file. told me i would get a second dog discount and then told me she never said that. i was anxious the whole weekend because she started to ignore me and it for good reason. eventually i got photos of my dogs ... they snap 3-4 blurry photos of your dogs peeing per a day and call it amazing customer service. accidents happen but the owners arrogance and greedy nature is incredibly disturbing and disgusting. i am worried about what my dogs went through while i was gone.

After six months of searching and speaking to trainers across multiple states and Canada, I found them through a TikTok video. When I called, Taryn's incredible customer service, patience, and empathy made the process so much easier. She answered all my questions and worked with me on payments to create the best package for Luna. Before drop-off, I met Wil during an unplanned tour, and his honesty and confidence reassured me I was making the right choice. Wil went above and beyond during Luna's training. Knowing I was anxious, he modified the standard report cards to include videos with voiceovers explaining her progress and the reasoning behind each exercise. This thoughtful gesture made me feel connected to the process and will help me reinforce her training at home. Before the program, Luna was reactive--not aggressive but overly excitable. After three weeks, she's still her fun, wacky self, but now she listens, follows commands, and stays calm around other dogs. While there's still work to do, her foundation is strong, and I'm confident moving forward. Luna is now a service dog in training, and Applause Your Paws laid the groundwork to make that possible. I'm already planning to send her back this summer because they're amazing at what they do. I'm so grateful to Wil, Taryn, and the entire team for their care and dedication!

I would strongly advise anyone considering AYP Training to think twice before sending their dog…read morethere. After having our dog for 24 days, it became very clear there was a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and understanding of our living situation. We live in a high-rise condo, yet somehow they spent weeks training our dog to go outside in a backyard setting -- something that does not apply to our home at all. How this was never clarified during nearly a month of training is beyond concerning. What's even more upsetting is that our dog came back terrified of car rides, which was never an issue before. As owners, that is heartbreaking to witness. After reviewing the videos and conditions of the trainer's home, we were honestly shocked. The house appeared trashed, chaotic, and nowhere near the professional environment we were promised when paying for "professional" dog training services. Nothing about this experience reflected the level of care, structure, or quality that was advertised. We invested a significant amount of money trusting this company with our dog, and the results were disappointing from start to finish. Between the misrepresentation, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, this experience felt extremely misleading. Save your money and do your research before trusting this company with your pet.

WARNING: Unsafe for Pets - Avoid SOMI Pet Resort at All Costs!…read more I never thought I'd have to write a review like this. We've boarded our beloved family dog at SOMI Pet Resort many times--and we've always tipped generously ($20+) and trusted them with our furry family member. But this time, they broke our trust in the most heartbreaking way. After returning from a week-long vacation, we were overjoyed to reunite with our pup--until they suddenly TOOK HIM BACK from us! Why? They claimed our card payment was declined... despite the $880 charge clearly showing as processed on our phone (+ 15% TIP). They refused to even look at the confirmation and offered zero options or courtesy before heartlessly whisking our dog away to a kennel like a piece of luggage. This was not just poor customer service--this was cruel and unethical. No effort to resolve the issue. No request for another form of payment. No humanity. Just swoosh--your dog is ours until THEY prove you paid. Key point here is the THEY have to prove that you paid - not YOU need to prove. Never again. This isn't just bad service--it's inhumane treatment of both animals and customers. Shameful policies No communication Hostile front desk Emotionally traumatic DO NOT leave your pet here. #SOMIPetResort #PetBoardingFail #PetParentsBeware #CoralGablesPets #BadService #PetLovers #AnimalCruelty #NeverAgain #UnethicalBusiness #MiamiDogOwners #PetSafetyMatters #SlimyPetResort #PawsOffSOMI #PetCareNightmare

Took our dog away from us and held him hostage for payment - beware of this establishment…read more We've been taking our dog here for years. We always tip generously. Went to pick puppy up this weekend after a week-long stay. $880 plus a $125 tip. Super expensive, but we always thought it was money well spent because our dog is like a child to us. Anyway, card gets processed by bank but shows declined at resort. Weird, but I can see why as it was almost $1k. Long story short, as soon as the card gets declined they take my dog and lock him up in a secret room where I can't see him. I'm like, where did he go? Instant response was you can't have the dog until payment goes through. This despite paying thousands of dollars in fees and tips over the past several years. We were instantly treated as degenerates. Did not matter that my bank showed it processed on my phone. I mean, I don't carry $1k in cash on me, so it felt like they were going to keep the dog until I could find the cash. They could not care less. 100% about the money and absolutely no bedside manner. Was very hurtful seeing my dog taken away from me. We loved this place. So sad we got treated this way. To address response by "Sam": 1. One (not multiple) card attempt was declined. My bank now shows that I paid your company twice. We have not been refunded for overpayment. 2. Our dog was removed from my possession for one reason - to secure payment. It was a snap reaction by your staff to the card being declined. 3. Manager did not attempt resolution - he just explained it was your policy to keep the dog. That's not a resolution, that is heavy-handed business. 4. A manager called us once and, like a judge, said he would need to hear both sides to determine who was at fault. Since then he sent a text admitting SOMI was at fault. Please do not try to sugarcoat this - you did wrong and need to own it.

I thought she was listening and paying attention, but unfortunately, she did both of my dogs and made mistakes on both of them and they weren't there for mistakes. They were the same mistake done on both dogs. I thought it was a language barrier, but I even went to her truck knocked on it and let her know in Spanish. Please do not cut the dogs hair leave it the way that it is on her head. Just focus on her body and her legs. Even after hearing me be sad/upset because my four-year-old's hair was completely chopped off after four years of growing, a beautiful, long hair man bun. I didn't get upset, but I did get upset after the second cut, which was the female a female cocker spaniel should not be bald and specially after I went to your truck and asked you personally please not to cut her head like she did the boy. She said ok ofcourse you have a "mini cut anyway" I then reach out to who I thought was the manager or the person in charge of communications and she begins to tell me that I should've showed her a picture regardless if I showed her a picture or not, it wouldn't have made the difference of her actually listening to what I was saying. Full price was charged not even an apology or a credit for the next time. I deal with customers all day and this is not right. For those of you that have dogs and know the feeling of growing and tending to your pups, beautiful coat of hair takes time dedication and money. For someone to just come over and completely chop off four years of your dog boys hair, and three years of your females. Overall, just sad with the way they handled things and was not even responded to after the last message.
