I Absolutely Love the Paw Spa and my pets do too!! They do great work and they're very friendly and knowledgeable. I have two small breed dogs who are usually very timid and anxious when it comes to going to the groomer.. not the case with the staff and environment at the Paw Spa!! We love this place, and by "we" I am including our dog Mija. In the past when I would take my dog to the groomer they would be less than thrilled. But when we pull into the parking area for Pet Stylist Mija starts barking to get out of the car and she drags us in as she can't get in the door fast enough. She is a very social dog with people and animals and she has a great time at Pet Stylist. They have all of the dogs running around and it's a very good social experience for her, and she even likes the spa cat. As far as the grooming goes, Mija can be hard to work on as she likes to bite the trimmers and does not let us come near her feet with scissors or trimmers. But I never hear a complaint out of Brad or Adrianne about her. I was really touched last time that we picked her up as Adrianne told me that Mija had befriended a dog who was there for the first time and that the new dog was a bit nervous, but it was comforted by Mija's attention. What a Rip-off, been going there for years with prices increasing from $45 to $55 to $65 and Now $80! When I dropped off my small Aussie I asked the groomer at the curb "$65 right?" Later I receive a text message that my dog is ready for pick up and the cost is $80! Yikes, what a rip-off! Tried to talk to Adrienne the owner and she was firm that they raised their prices and charged me as a large dog! No negotiation, just need to pay the price and never come back. Plus not a good groom as tons of hair in my car as they must have forgotten to brush him out, damp hair, uneven sanitary cut, and nicks on his Privates! Bradley is so kind with my french bulldog Penny. Penny is 5 months and somewhere along the lines we must have traumatized Penny during nail grooming. She would snap at us and fight if we tried to do her nails, with every trick in the book. Normally she lets us touch her paws, but not when we try to do anything with her nails. Bradley is kind and patient with Penny and wants to continue to help desensitize Penny to grooming. He is giving helpful advice and tips. I would highly reccomend it here! read more

I am super happy with the service here. I found them on 411 and was very interested in their pick up service. With 4 dogs, it's hard to find a time that my husband and I were able to coordinate our schedules to both be in the car to get all 4 dogs to the groomer. The only day we can consistently do this is Sunday's and the groomer I like to bring them to is closed on Sunday's. The last time we had coordinated to bring our dogs in on a weekday, my husband (a doctor) was called to work for a medical emergency. It left me having to bring my 4 dogs to the groomer myself. It was a mess. They were trying to climb into my lap. At one point one of my dogs stepped on the push button stop in my car and we almost caused an accident. That just isn't an option going forward. Today pet stylist came and picked up all 4 dogs taking them safely out of the house one by one on leash and hooking them into doggie seatbelts. After taking them he texted me a picture of them once they arrived at the groomer (about 10 minutes later). That made me feel good to know that they were safely inside. 3 hours later he texted to let me know they were ready to be brought back and they were dropped off. Very convenient. I expected that the price would be more expensive because of the service, but they are actually significantly less expensive than the last 2 groomers I used. I do feel a little guilty for cheating on our other groomer, but this is service that goes above and beyond the average groomer. Also, we have struggled to get the right "lion cut" on our pomchi for a long time. They totally Got it right. Very impressed! read more

With only needing a simple quick procedure for my fat cat who can't clean herself properly, the staff as always taken her right in, got the quick job done within minutes and I'm out of there. They're incredibly friendly, personable, great with animals and very generous. Other close pet salons that have restrictions on when they will bring in cats for services and want to charge upwards of $40-$50 for what took the Paw Spa less than a minute to accomplish. Sooo....let me say this place does an awesome job on grooming. I have been going to them for years. My dogs always looked great. However...they have raised their rates $25 per dog ($20 plus $5 cash discount. They stopped doing cash discount too!) They say it's due to Covid. Ok. Maybe it is. But everyone, and I mean EVERYONE has been affected by this. A lot of people have downright lost their jobs and many others have had their hours reduced or cut which means everyone's incomes have been drastically reduced...including ours. And now we have to pay $25 more per dog? When I talked to one of the groomers about it (not the owner) she replied rather flippantly that it was due to covid and seemed to not care that a loyal customer who always tipped 20% now had to pay an extra $50. My response? I handed her what was owed plus an 8% tip. I apologized and said because it's an extra $50, I can't afford a 20% tip (I had just been told that day) They could've grandfathered existing clients and implemented new rates to new customers, but they didn't and that's their right. Just like it's mine to find a new groomer. So if price is not an issue to you and you want an excellent groomer, this place if for you! Because they sincerely do a nice job! read more

I was referred to the paw spa by my aunt with nothing but great things, however when I picked up my puppy he was not completely dry, his ears were still dirty, his nails the same as when I brought him. I wouldn't have even known he was bathed if he wasn't still wet, he smelt the same was as when I brought him. read more

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! They cut my dog under the ear badly and did not tell me about it. The only place a took my dog was here and home. A day or two after his visit he got extremely ill. My dog never was able to recover from what he contracted at this place when they cut him. When there was nothing more that could be done for him and he was to weak to stand we had to make the decision to euthanize our beloved pet. read more

This was our first time taking our dogs to the Pet Stylist Paw Spa. We have three dogs. We were able to get in the same morning we scheduled and when we arrived, we were greeted by three super friendly staff and a handful of other adorable and friendly fluffy dogs. They are a cage free salon which is really a bonus for us because one of our dogs gets really stressed when confined. They do have areas to separate if necessary and they really cared about our needs. The dogs were whining like little toddlers when we left and when we came back to get them, they were happy tail waggers! I also really appreciate the open floor plan that allows customers to see what is going on. No secrets or hidden spaces which is important to know your pet is getting loved and treated with kindness. We were pleased with the price and took advantage of their prepaid packages. Also, my dachshund with super long nails had the best nail trim I've ever seen.
